Audi Denver

I've purchased many vehicles and have to say that my experience at Audi Denver was, perhaps, the best! Kyle returned my email promptly, gave me a great deal, and even came in on his day off to deliver the deal he promised and an exceptional vehicle. Things went smoothly, no tricks. He completely understood my needs and delivered. Moreover, the facility was outstanding. Honestly, I wasn't convinced I wanted an Audi until this experience. I HIGHLY recommend! I drove an hour because this experience was far superior to that in my home town.

Audi service center was great and all individuals that I worked with were extremely friendly. I will be back to this dealership for sure. Great place.

Audi service was professional, timely, and under promised,but over delivered.....my type of people. The staff were all responsive and helpful. The waiting area was clean, had many good and drink options, and organized.

Definitely recommend Audi Denver. Sure the facility is insanely beautiful and a joy to walk into, but it pales in comparison to the quality of the service. Dave was outstanding. Highly recommend

The Audi Denver service department has always done a great job for me. When you arrive the process is organized and fast. Keith in the service department is always great and helpful.

I have consistently received nothing but exceptional service from McDonald Audi. Have been working with Michael Bushke for the last few years and he has always been outstanding going above and beyond in every way in each and every interaction I have had with him. This past visit he was on his day off so he arranged for his partner Stan Walters to assist me. Stan too did everything possible to make my day run smoother. He could not have been more efficient, courteous or helpful. I have been coming to McDonald Audi for years and even people who are not involved in my care go out of their way to see if there is anything I need and assist in any way possible. Jermaine in particular consistently says hello each and every time I go in and asks if I have been taken care of. He checks on my car without my ever having to ask him if he sees me waiting. Monica in rentals has also been great and accommodating. It is a pleasure to bring my car in and the level of customer service is truly outstanding. Thank you to the entire team at McDonald Audi.

A very VERY fine establishment. Service prices are not marked up too bad compared to other dealers/service shops. This is my go to place. I feel that I get decent value for the work being done and the price I pay. And the service and communication with the staff is Fantastic.

I've always had a good experience with Audi of Denver and this past time was the same. Prompt, professional, accurate estimates and they even wash my car.
