Fast & Easy

After we Purchase our 2019 Ford Edge, Bahmann programmed by phone to the Edge and showed me how to use all the new GPA, phone and etc. That was such a gift to me because I was really nerves on how was I going to do all new stuff!!!! Thanks Bahmann.

Airbag recall service done quickly

I was contacted by Ford to have the passenger airbag serviced, since the airbag had been recalled, I was able to get an appointment at Phil Long quickly. They provided me with a loaner car, since the servicing might require two days. Instead they got the job done in one day and my car was ready less than 24 hours after I brought it in. In addition, when I left my garage door opener in the loaner car, they called me about that, and had the opener waiting for me at the service adviser's desk.

Joshua is a really good sales person.He did not put any pressure on me to purchase a vehicle.We talked about what my wife and I looked at on Sunday and went from there.

Top notch dealership all around

We've dealt with Phil Long for years. When we have a need for auto an issue, whether buying or service, we go to Phil Long of Denver. Their Sales & Service have always been top notch. We appreciate that. We were asked to rate Phil Long on Customer Service, Quality of work, Friendliness and Price. However, knowledge of their products is very important to us. Rob Liley, Don Heck and Patrick Cronkhite are all very knowledgeable. Just another great reason to go to Phil Long of Denver.

Amazing

When Andy first started talking to me he bet me $20 he could get me into a car for $0 down, I didnt believe him and I'm thinking this guy is very cocky or maybe just very confident. I got there after doing all the leg work through text and phone calls, the best thing is I walked away with a 2019 Ford fiesta sedan he did an amazing job
