I took my 2011 Ford Focus to get my transmission

I took my 2011 Ford Focus to get my transmission repaired. 4 weeks latter they told me they couldn't.repair it.. if a dealership is not able to repair their own product who are we supposed to go to?.. I will NEVER go back to a ford company EVER again.. I cant trust them anymore!

Richard was rude.

Richard was rude. It took 40 minutes to get paperwork. I called ahead even to make sure we could get in and out since my son was taking time off work to help me.

Was quite disappointed by this dealership and it’s only

Was quite disappointed by this dealership and it’s only gotten worse since my initial experience. I purchased a Ford Bronco from them in May and opted to pay cash for it. I came to an agreement with my sales professional that I would put a deposit down to reserve the car and that I would return to pick it up after I sent a wire the following Tuesday once my bank opened. The agreement specified that the car would not be used for test drives as I would be the owner on the title. When I arrived to pick the car up, there were three additional miles on it, it had not been detailed, and there were scratches on the vehicle (interior and exterior) that had not been there prior. After speaking with the representative filling in for my representative and him responding “it’s not even that bad” I asked to speak to the manager. The manager admitted to the mistake and offered to comp me oil changes at any ford location for the first 36k miles. He also offered to replace the parts that were scratched which I took him up on. I came to have the parts replaced the following week and agreed on a pick up time. The dealership is about an hour away from my house and I specifically asked that the dealership quote me a conservative estimate surrounding when I should pick the vehicle up as I did not want to wait or have to make 2 trips. Five minutes prior to my pick up time after I had already driven up to pick up my car, I received a call from my sales rep informing me that no work had been completed as the mechanic “got stuck at a more important meeting.” I returned home only to be called back 2 hours later. During that call the sales rep told me that the work had been completed. When I arrived, the scratches on the interior material were worse than they had been prior and I was told that the factory had sent them that way. They offered to reorder the parts but at this point, I was tired of working with them and opted to go elsewhere. Fast forward a month and I still had not received my title to my car. They made it a point to ship it in a manner that would cause the title to arrive one day after my temporary registration expired after I had called in a couple of times to check on its status. It has now been two weeks since I received the title and the interior of my Bronco’s soft top roof has started to unravel and peel. Typically I would chalk that up to a manufacturer issue but judging by this dealerships complete disregard for customer service and shady practices while making “repairs,” I have my doubts.

I’ve been getting the run around about a used car I was

I’ve been getting the run around about a used car I was interested in buying for two weeks. I went ahead and conditionally bought it and was promised to get a loaner by noon today and now I’m told it will be tomorrow. Any reason I should believe that?

My issue is I have called about my car repair and nobody

My issue is I have called about my car repair and nobody has responded back to my call. Especially the guy that gave me his personal phone number at the shop.
