Still disappointed that no one can figure out what is

Still disappointed that no one can figure out what is wrong with our explorer. Have taken it three times and still not fixed. Makes funny noises when shut off and front windows roll back down when you roll them up.

Miranda and Mike were fantastic.

Miranda and Mike were fantastic. Jay was the worst Service rep I ever dealt with. He never returned a call and my car was there for 5 days. Ridiculous

When they knew what was bad, it only took a day to fix and I had my car back. It is running good I will keep taking my car in for service

I had an appointment to have an oil change, lube, tire

I had an appointment to have an oil change, lube, tire rotation and my 50,00 mile check up on my Ford Edge Sport. This time all the services were done in an hour. Last time with an ⁹appointment, I waited 3.5 hours.

I bought a real nice truck from them.

I bought a real nice truck from them. There service was not the best and it took a long three hours just for an oil change.
