This dealership is so much better than others. They do NOT get pushy like some others do. We bought a van and they went over it carefully and even replaced a taillight that had a hole in it, that we didn’t see. They are very good at replacing what was needed. Our salesman Mike E. was so nice. This is the second vehicle that we have bought from them.

Who really needs a 'warranty'? Okay, so that change the name to 'service contract' and charge $2000. When I brought up that I wasn't interested, I was told, 'well, it's just $2000, and the car was $7000. But now, it's $9000. On a vehicle with a bluebook value of about $4000. I realize these places need to make some money, but they upsold me, because apparently there was 'something wrong' with my first choice. Its a used car, sold 'as is', so why force a customer to take on a warranty, or 'service contract'? There is a reason I'm buying 'cheap' and 'used'. I can't see why anyone pays for insurance AND a warranty, or 'service contact' as they like to call it. Instead of paying this thing off in a month, it's now going to take about 4 months. They didn't ask if I wanted a 'service contract', and even when I questioned it, they still wouldn't remove it. If you ask me, that's just part of the scam. NEVER buy a warranty on anything. If for some reason my car requires $2,000 worth of repairs, it's time to get a new 'used car' period!!!!

Made appointment and drove from out of town after 3 texts with place. Get there and car is on hold for someone else. Salesman says excuse had to go inside for another customer and never came back out. I left and will never return. I spent $14,000 buying a car that same week. Rude and unprofessional!! DoNot Recommend!!!

Excellent place to do business. Repair shop is very attentive. Prices are fair. Have had service done on other vehicles. They are great. That's why we purchased a used vehicle. Thanks again for the great sale and service.

Priced Right is wrong on every point. The car we purchased had problems as we drive off the lot. We got one exit up from Marne, and had to turn around and go back. The weather stripping around the windshield was flapping in the wind and several warning ⚠️ lights appeared. After having it for a few days, they assured us it was fixed. We had ongoing issues and finally needed a major engine rebuild. They told us it would be covered under the Alpha "Warranty" they pressured us to purchase, but guess what?? It wasn't covered! It was a nearly $4000 repair. BUYER BEWARE!!!
