Staff was overall friendly and helpful. I was in and out fairly quickly. Overall I am happy and satisfied with my experience. I would recommend.

After six vehicles I will say will be back, Marci, Joel, Tom along with the finance department it just keeps getting better and smoother. They are all a pleasure to work with, top notch people. They put forth great effort to find the exact car I was looking for, and in a very timely manner. Marcia was of great help and we appreciate her keeping in touch with us and letting us know what was going on.

Marci was wonderful and super helpful. Great follow-up without feeling like she did it too often. Perfect blend of business and friendly! Also, Sam did a great job of explaining my finance offers and kept my payment where I wanted it.

Would recommend this dealership to others, especially Joel and Marci. Both were very helpful and when we needed a couple of days to shop around and think it over, they did no bombard us with messages about the car. They were there to answer any questions we had despite it being a busy day.

Very disappointed. 2nd time told could do appt at lunch only to take much longer than promised.. be done soon...10 min... 5 min.. soon. I said needed ride back to work as late and taking much longer than promised. I had to wait then got car back dirty no car wash as guy said taking too long as now long line waiting for wash. Don?t promise and don?t over book appts when can?t meet what tell customer you can do. Offer work ride so courteous. Don?t make false promises. If done that or been honest how take longer and offer ride to work that be ok. It happened before and frustrating. If honest least can plan for it so not frustrated and late for work because of it. Lots of service bay people but not enough mechanics to keep up or car wash help for all the business/appts. I have a part coming in for repair and hope can plan for better timing and customer experience. Thanks.

We had a very awesome salesman everybody was very professional and kind we felt like we were part of a family there. Everybody does the best they can to get you the best deal there. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone including family

I would recommend this place to others. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were not pushy and listened what we wanted. They also wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase becore we left. Joel was an excellent salesman.

After a poor experience at four previous dealerships, we visited Martin Chevy and had a pleasant experience from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership were polite, respectful, and customer oriented. We left with the exact vehicle we wanted and only wish one thing was different with our buying experience...that one difference would have been starting at Martin Chevy to save us time and frustration with the other dealerships.
