The experience was highly satisfactory, involving interactions with only two individuals: the finance manager and a seasoned salesperson. The entire process was completed within an hour and thirty minutes, allowing for a prompt departure. We are pleased with this dealership.

On August 23, Edward Mouton is an excellent salesperson, make me feel comfortable and respected. He answers all my questions in regards to the Trailblazer functionality. He was very patient and profesional in explaining all the technology and safety features in my new 2026 Trailblazer. He went above and beyond expectations in also helping me activate the app needed to operate with my phone. Thank you Ed for helping in making such importan decision. And Nathan Hill took care of my Trailblazer 2026 in less than the expected and his positive and polite attitude make me feel confortable. He has great communication skills and kept me inform about the service progress. At time to pickup my new Trailblazer, he even brought it all the way to were I was so I did not have to go to where it was. Thank you Nathan for your great service.

I had some concerns and issues after purchasing my used

I had some concerns and issues after purchasing my used vehicle. At first, I wasn’t sure things would be resolved. While the sales manager’s customer service was lacking, the salesman who assisted us was pleasant, communicative, and helpful throughout. In the end, he went above and beyond to make things right. So to their credit, the dealership came through. The experience was stressful at times, but I appreciate that they ultimately took responsibility and made it right.

The car was brought in for brakes and then needed to be reassessed, and Dwayne was very obliging to help us in the car came back in and was properly fixed and we are very pleased with the work

Nathan Hill and service did a great job Well, we had to

Nathan Hill and service did a great job Well, we had to replace my water pump once already so we use genuine Chevrolet parts and now a little more after two years the same water pump went again and I got stuck eating $1800 to repair it

Great professional service and focus on customer satisfaction. The staff is always nice and courteous. The work is performed by professional mechanics. The building is always clean and neat. House keeping keeps the waiting room area and bathrooms clean, neat and full of supplies.
