Extremely disappointed with the level of service I

Extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this location. I have been a Ford customer for more than a decade and I wasn't expecting this sloppy service from this store. After getting convinced by sales that selling my car here shouldn't be a problem, I did so in late March. It is now May and my auto loan is still charging me for payments. No one in sales and finance informed me ALL the necessary steps involved in this transaction, and because the loan informed me the car is still under my name, I have no choice but to wait for this dealership to send them a cheque. Unfortunately, they made a mistake sending the cheque to the wrong institution (didn't expect that from a big company) hence the delay. No one followed up on this if my husband didn't message them for an update. This is my first time selling a car and I was wrong to trust these people to help me make this transaction seamless. It was my mistake to expect that these people are professionals. I should've gone somewhere else.

Just wanted to share my review out of frustration.

Just wanted to share my review out of frustration. Bought Ford Maverick hybrid, the one my wife like and wanted it. Traded in my ford escape good deal and reasonable. Picked up the truck in few hours key fob stopped working, the only way to lock and unlock the truck is through the Ford app. Drove to Loveland ford few time to get this fixed now it’s going to take few more weeks to get fixed, it’s some tech issues. Planned on a spring break vacation have to cancel it. It’s just time consuming take atleast couple of hours back and forth. Although it’s been What should I do at this point ? It makes me to doubt if it’s really certified ? Is it worth making this investment? Should I just return it buy something else ?

My sales associate, Phil, was one of the best people I've

My sales associate, Phil, was one of the best people I've ever dealt with when making a new vehicle purchase. The sales manager and everyone associated with my deal were professional and kind. I drove 8 hours to get to Loveland Ford for my vehicle and I am glad I did!
