worst service ever

Called one day to ask about getting a pick up didn't want to come in that day because it is 30 min or more from my home, was convinced to run a "pre-approval" over the phone was told I would get a call back....no call. Next day no call..... so I call. Get a bunch of apologies a promise of a call back. Was also told that they were sure they could get me in the type of vehicle I was looking for in the price range I was looking at. They will call me RIGHT back. 2 hours later again I call. More apologies. Spoke with finance managers, general managers and 2 salesmen. All assuring me after reviewing my credit report that what I was looking for was totally doable. Yet another day later finally someone calls me back. Basically says yep come on in let's look at the vehicle you have to trade and see what we can give you for it. Spent 30 plus min driving there, we meet with the general manager who blows us off to the 2nd sales person i had spoken to who takes us to the used lot and drops us off there and leaves us.... with no one. Yet another sales rep talks to us gets us keys to the truck we were interested in. Here we think all the credit work has been done we just need to see how much our trade is worth....half a day later they "run the numbers" over $150 more a month than I was told it would be, asked for or could afford. By this time (5pm) it's too late for the banks to get back with them with the "real numbers". They showed a complete and utter lack of business integrity, or personal integrity. They had no respect for our time or the money spent to drive up. And the poor excuse of "someone dropped the ball" just added to the poor customer service.

Greatest Service EVER

Steve and his team rock. From my first contact with Steve to paying the repair bill, i had nothing but Friendly and professional service. They not only fixed everything i needed fixed, they did it in one day. I am very happy with the service at Al Serra.

excellent service clean facilities

I took my truck in for oil change I noticed I had a low tire light on Frank listened to what was wrong and I let him take care of my truck he pointed out that my tires needed tires rotated I said to have this done thanks Frank and his team for a excellent service experience

Great service. Didn't take too much time

My salesman Randy was awesome. He didn't push anything. Gave us sometime to grab food and discuss our decision. Jay the finance manager did everything he could and was able to get me approved without any haste. Being I had no credit they worked hard to get my growing family a safe and dependable car. I have already recommended Randy and the staff to many friends.

Potentially negative turned positive

When I had come in to take care of my recall, my appointment could not be found but instead of having me come back another day or time, Ben got my vehicle in and taken care of the same day. I was a little disappointed that when I came to pick up my car, I was not informed that I would have to bring the vehicle back since they did not have all the parts to complete all of the warranty replacements. I did appreciate that Ben called me and explained what still needed to be done and took care of it quickly when I came back in. He also explained what recalls were replaced and the reasons for the recalls. Ben turned what could've been a poor experience into a positve one and I was pleased with his level of customer service.

Great Service - Clean Facilities - Knowledgeable

Al Serra took care of all that I asked of them. We are planning a trip in July and I needed to be sure all was "well" with my 2009 Impala.
