I’ve never had in all my years of purchasing Bentleys, Mercedes, BMWs, Porsches, etc. a more enjoyable experience. I can’t say enough good things about every facet of Criswell. The organization is only as good as the people who run it, show me an entity that functions as well as Criswell. Great knowledgeable people populate every corner of this business. Generally good. Fairly prompt. Cars are done when estimated. Last time though I had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in due to short staffing. I don’t like the extra 3 minutes it takes to photograph the car

Russel was great to deal with.
Russel was great to deal with. We went back and forth for a couple of weeks. He was always helpful, never pushy. I finally made up my mind and set up pick up at the dealer. We flew in from St Louis to pick up the car. The dealership guys were great, car was immaculate. Russell showed us the features of the car and we were on our way. It was a great overall experience.
