Purchased my 2024 4-Runner at Lost Pines and have been to the Service dept for the 6 month and 12 month Toyota Care visits. Very quick and basic maintenance for a new vehicle. Both visits were quick, waited at the dealership.

Unfortunately if the Dealership allows there Service
Unfortunately if the Dealership allows there Service Department to drive away customers with their POOR customer service, I can't continue to recommend them. I currently lease a 2023 Tacoma, the 5th one I've leased from them. I scheduled an appointment with Tia on August 19th for service on August 28th at 9 am. Upon arrival today was told I didn't have an appointment. I called my sales person and he helped clear this up. The truck was in for a gauge cluster replacement, regular maintenance and to have a rim repaired that one of Lost Pines Techs damaged 2 visits ago. The truck was taking in but sat for 7 HOURS without ANYTHING being done to it. So I have waisted 2 hours of drive time and 7 HOURS of my personal time only to have Lost Pines do NOTHING to my Tacoma. I have called the GM about this and will be waiting to see if ANYTHING at all is done to correct this terrible Service Department.

I would like to take time to update on the response Lost Pines Toyota gave me. I am Very appreciative to the Management and staff for getting my Tacoma back to 100% in a very timely manner. They reached out every step of the way to let me know what I could expect. I have my Tacoma back and very happy with how things were handled! Exceeded expectations!

I've visited the service center a few times now since leasing my car from Lost Pines and I have been so disappointed in their customer service and communication. I've left a review previously and have yet to have anyone reach out regarding my experiences. Thank you to Quince for hearing a customer out and supporting, it truly was appreciated!

My car was dropped off at 8 am for a scheduled
My car was dropped off at 8 am for a scheduled appointment time for a recall. Never once was i called or my mother who dropped it off. We called multiple times to only never have our calls returned. The onky texts we received were when the appointment was scheduled, when the car was dropped off, and them thanking us for and wanting a review. I still have no idea what the outcome was and if my vehicle was part of the recall or not. And never once did I or my mom ever get to speak to the service advisor who was helping. Very dissatisfied with this.

Toyota service has always been very good.
Toyota service has always been very good. We were early but they did start right away. The text messages are a nice way to keep in touch as they did an oil change, tire rotation and inspected everything. So now the car is good to go till the next time for service.
