I had to bring my 2018 Tiguan SE in for an oil change and my check engine light was on. Even though the service center was down two mechanics that day, they worked me in! I even had a personal driver to and from my house while they worked on my car. Within a few hours, I received a phone call that my car was ready to be picked up. When I got to the dealership, I found out that my car had been DETAILED! Washed inside and out just as part of the service! Chris was the man that helped me and Dan was my driver! Both were incredible and I am so grateful to be a part of such an awesome dealership! Would recommend over and over again!

Lori was patient, understanding, detailed, fast, and extremely considerate of what I wanted and needed out of a vehicle and my leasing options. Engine check light came on and drove to the dealership - they provided a ride home - worked on it less than 24 hours to find and repair the issue.
