Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan

Do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. I bought a vehicle from here a month ago now, but I did not have the car for over 2 weeks past the date of purchase due to a small repair that continued to be delayed over and over again. Got to the point where I had to come forward with the intent to cancel the purchase as I was done being told it would be ready by this day or that day only for that not to be true. Suddenly the vehicle was “fixed” that same day. Dealership did accommodate for the inconvenience and agreed to deliver the vehicle to me, fill up the gas tank, and send me a check for the first payment. However, the way the vehicle was delivered, it was driven from the dealership to my home by one of the mechanics, (this is a 40 mins drive) adding to the mileage and using the gas. I also have yet to receive the check for the first payment. On top of all this, within the first 10 mins that I drove the vehicle the check engine light came on. Called the dealership and told them I wanted to return the vehicle as i’m not going to be dealing with this after having waited over 2 weeks to get it in the first place. They told me that it was not possible to do a return, and offered to do a trade in instead. What’s the difference in that, you tell me. Anyways, I have now been waiting over a week for a manager to call me back which is also not possible apparently. Hopefully this will help with that. Thank you

And I bought a 2026 Nissan Armada and that thing is a beast!! It beats tahoe, suburban and Ford expedition max! We love our new car!! My appointment was taken on time, serviced quickly. Agent was professional and courteous. Appreciated the after service report on other recommended items to be aware of and when to have car serviced.

Promises made, promises broken. Car delivered with 5 warning lights on dashboard. Took a week and 3 trips to hopefully resolve. Paperwork never delivered till I went in for the third time. 2 keys promised. One delivered. 4 Néw tires promised. 2 rear are not new.

I had an excellent experience! The waiting room was comfy with wifi, snacks, coffee and a TV. The staff were all friendly and they cleaned my car! I can’t wait until my next oil change!
