Purchased a car there was told the normal b.

Purchased a car there was told the normal b.s of point inspection unfortunately my new are was in the shop getting worked on. The kid that sold me my car didn't show me the other cool cars I could of gotten, yes my mistake unfortunately I have a car O hate expensive payments and will continue in the shop. Very is I return I may have to surrender the car cause I can't afford the darn thing.

I am from out of town and broke down on the interstate.

I am from out of town and broke down on the interstate. They were the only place that would squeeze my truck in for a look. They were so helpful I can’t even describe how grateful I am.

The service is wonderful.

The service is wonderful. They are very detail oriented and make sure that you have everything you need at every corner. Devin was super helpful in the purchase of my new vehicle. I will continue to drive an extra 30mins to go to this dealership.

The service was awesome !

The service was awesome !! Everyone was very very helpful checking me in and at pick up. But I do have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO KIM SASSE!!! I left my prescription sunglasses there when I dropped off my vehicle. I was sure they were there so when I picked up my vehicle, I asked whoever was at the front desk and she said none had been found ... So I picked up my vehicle thinking maybe I left them in it. But no.... So I called Teton Toyota when I got home and asked for the service department and the lady there put me on hold so she could go look in the lost and found. Came back and said no they weren't there..... So I stressed about it for hours and I was certain that is where I left them. I had come in and gone to the wrong desk and put all of my stuff on that desk to get something out of my wallet and then the very nice man there took me to the correct place and I left them at that desk. So I decided to try one more time and called Toyota AGAIN and got the WONDERFUL KIM SASSE! I just told her I lost my prescription sunglasses and I was pretty sure they had to be there. She listened and took my phone number and a description of the glasses and I told her where I thought they were left and she called me back within moments and had found them!! . BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Someone who listened and cared about my problem. She went the extra mile to solve my problem and so so kind . I have always had great customer service at Teton Toyota.... But Kim Sasse is by far the VERY BEST! Saved me hundreds of dollars to replace those prescription sunglasses. And so so sweet and thoughtful ! She deserves cudos!

Great, Fast Business. Best buy in Town!

I called, I said what I was interested in. Got to dealership. Vehicle ready, within 21/2 hrs. Drove home. Best deal within 50 miles

Buying a car

Sold them a car about a year ago. It was a good experience. We knew we'd be back. So of course, when it was time to buy we came back. Ask for Andrea Payne she is the best. Not only is she easy going to work with but works for you. She found us exactly what we were looking for. She is down to earth and it is not awkward with her. Come on, when you're buying a car, you need it not to be Awkard.
