We love Teton Toyota! We just signed our second lease with Kyle and Polo. We didn't schedule an appointment but I love that they are open late. They helped us get into a new car to love and laughed majority of the night while signing our names away. Kyle was great at showing us new features and had great knowledge of what we were looking for. We appreciate the entire team at Teton Toyota!

I bought my first new car in 18 years from them, and they made it a very easy, pleasant experience, drove my car 1.5 hours from the dealership to my house, and spent another 30+ minutes showing me features of my new car. Andrea Payne at Teton Toyota was as nice and pleasant as she could be, and while I hope not to have to buy another car anytime soon, I would definitely use Andrea and Teton Toyota again.

I’ve had excellent service with this dealership and would recommend them highly. The staff is friendly, helpful and the quality of work being done has always been wonderful.

Besides a couple previous minor issues the last time I went in for wobbly wheel. Turns out it was bad wheel bearings in the rear. They told me I needed new brake pads and the rotors were to thin to turn so they had to be replaced too. Bill ended up being about $200 over estimate and they charged the "standard" 2hr labor for both the brakes and the wheel bearings... well you have to remove the brakes and the rotor to pull out and swap the wheel bearing. So as long as you grab the new parts when reassembling the wheel, the time to do wheel bearings and brakes should be the same as doing wheel bearings. They didn't clock actual time spent they just went with there billed hours for each job and refused to adjust anything even though there was near 100% cross over in the work.

Teton Toyota had our best interest at heart. They were friendly and willing to work with us to find us an affordable vehicle. Bobby Jo was patient and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were looking at. Such a great inventory, too! Big shout out to Teton Toyota and Bobby Jo and all the other employees that helped us!
