As first time Ford buyers, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The entire process was smooth, stress free, and enjoyable from start to finish. Our salesperson Chris King and finance manager Brandon Mooney, were both professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout every step of the process. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. At no point did we feel pressured to buy, which made the experience even better. Their honesty, transparency, and customer service truly stood out. We absolutely love our new truck and are grateful for the outstanding service we received. We highly recommend Chris and Brandon. Thank you for making our first Ford purchase such a great experience!

My salesman, Dony was great to work with and really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. I also was able to work with Daniel and the other guys in the accessories department were very nice and got me taken care of.

Had a solid experience purchasing my recent vehicle at Corwin Ford. Worked with Jason, who was great to deal with throughout the process. While we ended up sticking to the advertised price, the finance team surprised me by beating my bank's interest rate. Overall it was a smooth, positive experience. Definitely recommend checking them out!

I thought when you purchased a car from a dealership that

I thought when you purchased a car from a dealership that the dealership would bend over backward for you, especially when you pay cash and pay the sticker price. I drove from Oregon to purchased a car first thing Tuesday morning (9:30). I didn't make it out of the dealership till after 2:30. Excuse was "understaffed". I was starving. I was told that my car had to be inspected and detailed before I could take delivery. "Shouldn't take more than a day". It's day three. No calls from the dealership. I called and was told it's still being inspected. WHAT THE xxxx? I was hoping for a positive experience. I was hoping for a dealership I could be proud of, one that contacted me if there were to be delays. The finance manager told me that this vehicle was in such immaculate condition that it should be done within a day. The salesman was courteous but forgot to give me a business card. When I called today, nobody was available to answer the phone. I discovered that my salesman was off today. When I spoke to the sales manager today, he couldn't give me an estimated completion date. He just gave me another excuse. "Were backed up". I didn't hear that one on Tuesday. WHAT THE xxxx? If you want to sell cars, answer the xxxx phone. BTW, your "filtered water" tastes salty. Just what I didn't need when I'm starving. I nearly walked out because I waited so long just to sign papers. If you want a good review, don't make folks wait. Give transparent, concrete answers. I was hoping for a dealership I could look forward to dealing with the next time I needed a vehicle. I hope there's a dealership willing to go out of their way for the customer.

We were looking for a vehicle that we were having a difficult time financing and they worked with us and for 1000 dollars down they found us a vehicle within our price range. I highly recommend Corwin Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. We found our headlight was out after we left the lot and they fixed it within an hour.
