Nick Younger is AMAZING!

Nick Younger is AMAZING! He is great to work with, his communication is also great -he's always keeping me updated either via phone call or text messages. He does a great job of answering my questions. My situation was probably not a typical situation, but he did everything he could to take care of it, and eventually got it handled and I really appreciate that.

We were happy with our sales person Casey but felt the guy we signed with was condescending and rude. We understand he works commission, however, after we declined all the additional things he was offering, he started talking down on us and got rude. I had to stand my ground and not allow him to speak to me in the manner he was and honestly almost walked away from the deal. I also came prepared with knowing numbers for my trade in, spoke to other dealerships and felt extremely taken advantage of by corwin. I got 7k for my trade in and corwin turned around and sold my vehicle for $17k, over a 50% markup. I have never had this awful of a car deal or experience with Kendall and will never be back to corwin.

I was told I needed an $18k new engine after 130k miles.

I was told I needed an $18k new engine after 130k miles. I paid the $450 diagnostic fee (lame) and then had someone else fix it for $2900 and it runs perfectly. This after buying my truck new from Corwin and only having it only serviced there.
