Ryan is professional and manages several aspects of car service. I would imagine that working service for BMW is not an easy job, as BMW owners (especially) can be pretty particular. Every encounter I've had with Ryan and their service and parts department has been 'big-city-excellent,' even in a smaller area like Boise. Thank you Ryan for being a great asset to Peterson!

I was treated very well but, unfortunately, the repairs were unsuccessful and my car had to be returned for a 2nd effort to correct the problem.

Gina, Ehan and Tommy all worked really hard to put together the deal for my new Highlander. I live within walking distance of another Toyota dealership, but they kind of blew me off. Gina kept in touch and treated me right.
