This is the third vehicle i have bought from this dealership. 2 new crv's, the last on january 2013 and recently my used pickup truck I got october 2013. They work very hard to get the right vehicle thats right for you and their fianace department also gets the best interest and works very hard to make things work. Yes, Benjamin and Justin gets it done and are wonderful to work with!

Took my car in for routine service. After they did thier inspection to find anything else they could fix I received the first of many calls from Candi. I felt completely bullied and pressured about the other issues they found. Even after stating I didn't have enough money to fix everything she asked me why I didn't want to give the go ahead on a particular issue. I explained again I didn't have enough to fix everything. She asked me if I was offened that she told me about the other issues they found. At that point they lost me as a customer. I felt bullied and taken advantage of. They have your car and you are at thier mercy especially when you feel like you're being manipulated to comply with thier list of fixes which I saw as demands. No, no I won't be back. Thankfully I found a mechanic who will help me prioritize what needs to be done first with out being taken advantage of.

Appreciated quick arrival at a deal and no hard sell on add ons (fabric protection, warranties, etc.). Deal was concluded with a minimum of runaround.

Dustin was a super salesman. He listened to my husbands stories and was quite amused!. He set up our phone for us and explained everything very well. He called my husband to wish him a Happy Birthday. That has never happened when we bought other cars. Everybody was great. We would come back again! Thank you Jan and Gary Adams

My wife and I decided to up grade our current car and found that Larry H. Miller was the place to go. They treated us great and no high preassure tactics..listen to our wants and concerns and help put us in the car that we wanted. I would recommend them with out any question. Thanks Guys!

The need to find an automobile and all that goes with...
The need to find an automobile and all that goes with that came up for me very unexpectedly and I was dreading having to deal with my previous bankruptcy in relation to financing. The only fear that rivaled the financial issues I was anticipating was having to go to an auto lot and allow a male salesman to treat me like the naive woman who could easily be taken advantage of. I was actually ignoring all the dealer calls I was getting because I desperately didn't want to go through all of that humiliation. I only answered Brian Foust's call because I thought it was my family calling, but I'm so glad I did. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone he was respectful and kind and promised me that I would not be treated poorly because of my bankruptcy. I agreed to meet with him and discuss my options, but I was still very skeptical that I would be able to get financing and that Brian wouldn't turn out to be one of "those" salesmen. I was so nervous the day I was supposed to meet with him that I didn't even eat and it really took all my motivation just to go to the lot. Once I was there and met Brian my experience was phenomenal, to say the least. Brian is clearly an honest, caring person and he made me feel comfortable right away. I was able to get financing, and even when I was nervous about loan terms, Brian was able to go over my monthly financial obligations and reassure me that I could meet the terms. The whole experience was effortless, very comfortable, and I got a car that I desperately needed that will allow me the opportunity to rebuild my credit and start putting my finances back on track. I'm deeply appreciative of the respect and care that was shown to me in a situation where I was faced with anxiety and humiliation. There are a lot of companies who see an opportunity to take advantage of people in my situation and I applaud their efforts to create a program built on honesty, compassion, and customer satisfaction.

The reason for my review and rating on larry miller honda...
The reason for my review and rating on larry miller honda was for the excellent service given to our family, after the purchase of our vehilce. We purchased our vehilce at one of the the big larry miller auto dealers sales, which multiple larry miller auto dealers attended. The sales person that sold us our vehicle worked for larry miller subaru and our vehicle came from larry miller honda. The sales person was nice and easy to work with, which was not our problem. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, some minor issues presented themselves. So we took our vehicle to the larry miller subaru where the sales person worked. Once at the larry miller subaru with our vehicle the counter service person was pretty rude with us and started a run around game and basically told us to take it to the other larry miller which was the larry miller honda, because it was not they're problem. After some back and forth, just wanting someone to help us out regardless of where we may have had to end up taking the vehicle, they agreed to take a look at it. They mentioned a couple minor things that were the issue and said they had resolved them. After my experience with the counter service person I knew I was not going to return there. The vehicle was purchased for my wife and not regularly driven by me. I had the vehicle one day shortly later and noticed a couple minor issues again. Knowing I was not going to deal with the dealer that the sales person worked for I opted to speak with the service manager for the larry miller honda, given this was a later in the friday afternoon, he presented himself very well, listened to my concerns and understood what I was going through, before the call ended he had me scheduled for an appointment first thing monday morning. Monday morning comes and I meet Tim Harney the counter service associate, he listened to what I had to say and also knew exactly the issues as I presented them to him. As I waited for them to look it over, Tim and I spoke again about what was going on, what was going to be done and how long it was going to take, he even arranged for me to have another vehicle so I could get back home to handle the many things I had going on that day, shortly after a vehicle arrived and I was back to getting things done. The next day, I recieved a phone call from Tim Harney and was glad to hear everything was taken care of. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, Tim explained what they had done and I was on my way again. I personlly believe that auto dealers come with a certain bad stigma some times, if it was not for the professional actions of the service manager for larry miller honda, the great service from Tim Harney and the rest of the nice crew working there, I would have to say the stigma is true, but because of how great they handled my concerns and took care of me, I couldnt think of anywhere else I would want to purchase a future vehicle or have a vehicle service. These were all great people that did the "Right Thing" and certainly gained my respect and business. Thak You Again Larry Miller Honda, Krause Family
