I live 40 minutes away. I called to see if they had any CR-V LX models on the lot. Jeff answered the phone and all I could get out of him was I think we do. I asked again about quantity and got an I don't know... If someone can't be bothered to get off their rear and walk out the door and look, or find someone who knows the inventory, they really don't want your business.

i would definetly remend to others because of service i have had for 10 years. I have bought three cars thru this dealership and am very satisfied.

I have needed a new truck for so long... I had my heart set on a Toyota Tacoma and came across one at Larry Miller Honda (Boise) that seemed like it might work. I was somewhat leery of going to a used auto dealership, but when I filled out the online info I was contacted by Jeff. Not really expecting to hear back from him because of our recent financial difficulties I went about my daily life. Little did I know that Jeff was hard at work seeking ways to get me the very truck I was longing for. When I received a call indicating that he had taken care of everything and that the truck was available for me, if I wanted it, I was absolutely amazed. My wife and I went to the dealership (still thinking that there would be some insurmountable hurtle that would cause us to have to either leave because of unforeseen "problem", or that there might be some sort of bate and switch...) We purchased a new Honda Fit and was shocked when we spent a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete the deal start to finish. I started the process online with Jeff Cristler one of the sales managers. Jeff was great to work with. It helps if you have a few things decided before you actually see the dealer like price and model. With today's online resources both are easy to achieve. We established a price and model via email.
