I always have a great experience every time I come down here. These guys are real professionals. I want to thank Maxx personally for his help navigating through the process and making some wonderful recommendations for maintenance work on the truck. I’m definitely gonna take it back there so they can work on it. They’re the only people I trust. I also want to thank the diesel mechanics for taking care of my baby. Keep up the good work guys!

Great experience. Sales person was not pushy. There were others that helped get information so all questions were answered. Financing was easy. Great laid-back atmosphere.

The buying experience was Awesome! Our salesman, Andrew Hall was great! I wasn't very happy with the back and forth of getting the stuff done to my car I wanted. I live in Roy and over the first 15 days of ownership I had it in my possession for 4 days! I was told to put gas in it and hand in the receipt, which I did at Sam's Club, good inexpensive fuel for $33.51 which I never received reimbursement for, although it's not a big deal to me, I never was reimbursurst. I finally realized They didn't give me the door combo code, hence a third trip to American Fork from Roy UT... They provided it to me as promised. Overall I would buy another vehicle from them, but my wife was not a happy camper and insisted it was never fully detailed. I disagreed. A lot of people were working on things and perhaps it could have been vacuumed again, but! I spent time in the back seats installing Individual DVD players. So I could have easily put dryed yellow grass on the black carpet. When I First drove it, it was immaculate!

I was charged a diagnostic price to update the cars GPS system. But I was never told there would be a charge before they apparently did the diagnostic. Over $150 charge added to my simple oil change.

Pickup and delivery was great, but I don’t understand why they never wash it after a service. The Hyundai dealership always returns my vehicle sparkling clean. Not Ken Garff.
