An oil change that took almost little over 2hrs, came in
An oil change that took almost little over 2hrs, came in at 8:30am and didn’t leave till almost 11am. I would like to see more better improvements on services, and maybe more availability of techs on weekends. The wait was long, when being told it’ll be less than an hour and goes to a long wait. Hope to see more improvements when I come back in for an oil change, otherwise I’ll go elsewhere to get my oil change and maintenance.

Shuttle services was a nightmare.
Shuttle services was a nightmare. Service was quoted at half day and ended up being a full day. I had to check in to see if my car was done
