An oil change that took almost little over 2hrs, came in

An oil change that took almost little over 2hrs, came in at 8:30am and didn’t leave till almost 11am. I would like to see more better improvements on services, and maybe more availability of techs on weekends. The wait was long, when being told it’ll be less than an hour and goes to a long wait. Hope to see more improvements when I come back in for an oil change, otherwise I’ll go elsewhere to get my oil change and maintenance.

I bought my Toyota at a different dealer because whenever

I bought my Toyota at a different dealer because whenever I stopped in at Orem no one ever even approached me to see what I was looking for. Service department is great though.

Shuttle services was a nightmare.

Shuttle services was a nightmare. Service was quoted at half day and ended up being a full day. I had to check in to see if my car was done

Wade the Sales Manager is winner of the year truly and Shawn was above wonderful. Nate was patient .... diligent. Kindness is King thank u Wade and Shawn and John was kind to my daughter too. Buying a car for my daughter to drive in UT while we were in CA was a challenge but Wade saved the day.

The service was great, the only minor complaint I might

The service was great, the only minor complaint I might have is I was told it would be 1 1/2 hour wait and it was actually 2 hours before completion.
