Shuttle services was a nightmare.

Shuttle services was a nightmare. Service was quoted at half day and ended up being a full day. I had to check in to see if my car was done

Wade the Sales Manager is winner of the year truly and Shawn was above wonderful. Nate was patient .... diligent. Kindness is King thank u Wade and Shawn and John was kind to my daughter too. Buying a car for my daughter to drive in UT while we were in CA was a challenge but Wade saved the day.

The service was great, the only minor complaint I might

The service was great, the only minor complaint I might have is I was told it would be 1 1/2 hour wait and it was actually 2 hours before completion.

Service was good, but 2+ hours wait for an oil change and

Service was good, but 2+ hours wait for an oil change and tire rotation is too long. Also, I have nice custom chrome valve caps on my tires and two of them were missing after the tire rotation. That’s poor attention to detail. Now I have to buy another set.
