Simotes Motor Sales

Tried for over 3 weeks to get a hold of someone to buy a trailblazer ss they had in cash and never got a response, emailed them, messaged them on Facebook, messaged them on cars.com even called them and was put on hold till I just hung up.

SIMOTES is a joke. Buying experience worst of the worst!! We were dealing with Michael on July 19 2021. The 2009 Honda Accord Ex was listed for $8800 .But the car was very rusty underneath ( suspension brake calipers etc. So I asked Michael if he would lower the price a little, so he went and returned with $25 off and said that the guy is already mad because he of the $25 .I also noticed that emergency brake didn't work. Then Michael said that I should return in a week so they can check the emergency brake. I went back and Michael announced that he sorry 😞 because mechanic isn't in. And he will call me when mechanic will be available. Today's August 26th 2021 and word from them. I tried to reach SIMOTES they didn't responded. When I tried to call them they didn't pick the phone. Service? What service? No mechanic there. They have a couple of the guys to do simple maintenance like oil change and swap the tires, that's it. I would NOT RECOMMEND SIMOTES to anyone period. They are very bad ,don't go near them. They are not even close to decent car dealer. Again SIMOTES IS THE WORST OF THE WORST!!! And Michael I'm still waiting. YOU'RE SUCK!!!!

My experience with salesman Nick was pleasant and he knew his product very well. He was very professional and he sold me a nice used car with low miles and a great price. The finance department was great and I was in and out of there in no time. Thank You for a pleasant and no pressure transaction. Very Happy!

I wen into simotes apprehensive of buying a vehicle by myself, I went in and met with Derek.(who I highhhhhhly recommend) he was so accommodating, did not pressure me into buying anything, and even stayedafterwelll they closed to make sure my entire process was finalized and I was set. I am a mother of two and he made me feel so comfortable and right at home. I am so happy I chose simotes as my firsta nd last stop . and because of Derek I will be a continuous customer and will recommend him and simotes at any given opportunity. We had a great experience at Simote's. Our salesman Nick had the truck we were interested in ready for a test drive. We were able to take it out for a decent ride to check it out. Nick was very friendly and made us comfortable while we completed paperwork. He answered all of our questions and made sure that one small problem with the vehicle was taken care of. Good car buying experience!

I have been shopping for months. I've looked at many lots a shopped for a variety of cars and trucks. Nick was a great salesman . He respectfully made me comfortable and was not pushy. There were a few small concerns about the vehicle and we worked together to make a deal on the purchase.It was a great car buying experience. Being a smaller lot with a great inventory made my two and a half hour drive worth the time. Great job to the whole staff!!

I had a great experience. Salesman, Terry was great to deal with. Not pushy at all. Do have a small issue with the service department. They replaced the brakes on my new-to-me SUV and did not install the haedware kit for the brakes. Overall, I would recommend Simote to anyone looking for a qaulity used car.

John and his staff were amazing. I called ahead to make sure the car I wanted was still available. It was. When I got there they had it washed and filled with gas. I know I will tell everyone about this amazing experience. It was great and I love my car.

I am not sure why every dealership says no car will last for long. If that is true, why bother saying it on every car ad. If it is a great deal, they do not need to say how great it is, it will be gone, if it is indeed a great deal, why bother saying how great it is? At is point, I will not look at any car the dealership says will not last long.
