A no pressure, no hassle car buying experience. Sony is knowledgeable, nice and easy to deal with. He made sure to explain all of the details of the vehicle as well as all of the details of the car price. Buying a new car can be a hassle, but Sony and Tony made the process simple an worry free.

The process went very smoothly for us. Sony provided great information on both new and used vehicles that met our needs. We were ulimately able to work out a good deal for the new car with the help of Tony. There was no pressure or steering to one model over the other, nor were we forced into any add-ons at the end. I would certainly purchase from this dealership again (and from Sony in particular).

We had a very pleasant buying experience at this...

We had a very pleasant buying experience at this dealership in March of 2012. Sony is very knowledgeable about the features of the cars he sells, and his low-key, no pressure attitude helps to remove the grief and stress that often times accompanies car buying. The sales manager, Tony, was also a pleasure to deal with. As far as the dealership itself is concerned, I've had a previously owned vehicle serviced at this location last year. I found the service writer to be both professional and courteous, and the work was performed and delivered in the amount of time promised. The dealership is clean, obviously well maintained, and offers a nice waiting area. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to my family and friends, and more importantly would refer them specifically to Sony and Tony.

I currently live in Pa, but also travel to Va. After...

I currently live in Pa, but also travel to Va. After searching and making numerous calls to various dealers. I finally decided to purchase my NEW 2012 Dodge Journey from Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Regarding price, no one could come close. Customers service was excellent. Not like others who attempted to make me think if I was getting a better deal, I was probably being fooled. After all the details were worked out. I explained to them that my wife would be stopping in to finalized everything. Tony and JC made it clear that they would insure everything went smooth. They were correct. My wife was very impressed with everyone she came in contact with. She said "everyone there seemed happy in what they were doing and were very helpful. Once again - we purchased a great vehicle for a great price and I look forward to doing business with Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge in the future. Keep up the good work. Thanks for everything

Took my Sebring in for service for the first time at this...

Took my Sebring in for service for the first time at this Chrysler shop (Fair Oaks) and was impressed with the staff. My advisor, Mike was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. As promised the day before he made sure I had a ride to and from work while my car was being serviced (by the way the Porter was excellent). I've had my car serviced at another Chrysler and have no plans in going back. Finally, a company that cares about their customers.

Went for oil change and VA inspection after two hours of...

Went for oil change and VA inspection after two hours of waiting, he came back with over 3000.00 of work need to be done on my Jeep 2005...He mentioned to pass inspection he has to change 3 light bulbs which will cost me 120.00 including labor...Told him to change it, he came back about after an hour saying he cannot pass inspection because of something else is wrong... I asked to give me back my car but he wants to pay the 120.00 for the light and with a rejection sticker... After much talk and frustration the service waive all charge... Is it worth all the wasted time and aggravation? Absolutely not

Wow is all I can say...I had searched and searched for...

Wow is all I can say...I had searched and searched for many minivans until I came to Fair Oaks. From the first time I met Sony I felt comfortable with him. He was not pushy at all. I was able to take the vehicle home so that my wife could see the van. I bought the van the next day. The van was clean and was a certified used vehicle. Chris and Martin were great as well. Chris worked with me on the financing and working with the trade of my Explorer. Bottom line is if you are looking for a friendly, comfortable, and trustworthy place to by a vehicle, whether it is new or used, I would highly recommend Fair Oaks and Sony. I drove from Winchester to buy a vehicle from them if that tells you anything.

Took my car there for a state inspection and was told...

Took my car there for a state inspection and was told that it failed and needed $1000 worth of work. We took it somewhere else that quoted us $500 for the same work. The other place told us there was nothing wrong with the car and passed our state inspection. Thank goodness they were honest. We also took the jeep to this same dealership a few months go to get a new key made. The next day our battery was dead. A fairly new battery. We thought it was VERY weird that the battery would fail. Now I am suspicious that they may have done something to kill the battery so that we'd go back and spend more money....no way to prove it. But we'll never go back there.
