Our Mechanics inspect each vehicle in our 12 Bay Service Department and each one includes NC State Inspection. We welcome you to take it for a pre-purchase inspection with your own personal mechanic if you desire.

VIP Service - If you are coming from out of state we will pick you up from RDU Airport at no charge or pay for you to Uber here.

I had sent a few text messages with questions and asking for an out the door quote and they just completely ignored my texts. Even if they can't do the deal, perhaps a simple confirmation back would've sufficed? Just rude. I know I'm from out of state but kindness goes a long way. Pun-intended. I decided that I didn't want the vehicle anyway after debating. I suppose they saved themselves time but it's the principle behind great service that matters.

Negative experience, They use your credit report hard inquiry to see where you shop cars and use it against you telling you the car you test drove is not approved and need to choose a more expensive car or can not qualify for a loan ?

I drove from Youngsville to Fuquay Varina, after calling Mo to confirm the vehicle was there. Drove the Tesla and was impressed by it. I would have bought the car, HOWEVER, somehow the price went up $1000.00 while I was test driving it. But they said it’s not their fault, so they will give me $300 off. Seems ridiculous.

Messaging to the customer, between online sales and floor sales, was not consistent. One message saying the car had been serviced and the other saying no services had been completed. Ended up not buying the car, but that was solely price based.

Process was seamless very friendly environment this was my first time visiting this dealer and i was treated with respect, felt comfortable with my salesman Moe he made it a comfortable experience very satisfied with the services provided.

Prompt reply to my inquiry by 2 salespersons working together. They were polite, knowledgeable and personal. The dealership had a broad range of high end vehicles to look at and all had good reviews of vehicle specifications and complete Carfax reports ( all were clean!). Great group to work with!
