Wonderful dealership

We worked closely with Edgar (one of the salesmen) and he was sure to make sure we were satisfied before we left with our used car. I would definitely recommend.

Great place to buy a car....

They had me in an out.....Called Mike the salesman? told him what I wanted he put it up for me.... great place to shop for a vehicle.....

still waiting

I am still waiting on a return call a week after inquiring twice about a car I've been looking for and ready to purchase. Today I called a sales person direct to try get some info on the car and it was like pulling teeth to get anything? helpful and urge me to come look. It's a shame the GM doesn't see the repeated elevated pattern of seriously poor customer service reviews, leaving a lasting negative experience for Inline. Someone's? not doing their job not to mention all the lost sales.

Great Service, straightforward, but took time

I bought a used 2011 BMW 128i in great condition and was described that they "just got it", and to me it was a steal. After driving all through Raleigh and other areas at car dealers with comparable cars, this one was in fact the best of them all. The buying process was long but expected because we contacted our credit union over the phone. I'm very confident in this purchase and will recommend this dealer to others!

In Line Auto Sales, Fuquay,NC

I don't know who these folks are with all the "Great Guys" reviews. Could not have bought a car at the same dealership!! Of course you can have phony reviews published as easy as removal of true reviews. Don't buy the warranty insurance...my feeling it is owned by Sam and very reluctant to pay. And Gap insurance must be paid to you directly and in writing or you will suffer again.

Customer

I called because I was interested in purchasing a car but after the representative rudely answered the phone I was no longer interested. I was not greeted when I called and every time I said something her response was "umhum" if you don't like your job then quit !

Car #8!!! Still coming to inline!!

We just purchased our eighth car from inline! We have bought our cars and all of our kids cars from Sam and his amazing team!! I can honestly say we have never had any trouble with the cars we purchased from inline!! The staff is knowledgeable, curtious and do an amazing job! We drive across town, passing many dealerships because we know inline will give us the best deal, the best car, and they have the best team! Thanks again Sam!! We will see you for #9 and #10!

I came from Michigan to purchase a vehicle that they advertised. The car was exactly as described and in great condition at a very fair price. ( least expensive on the internet) This dealer bent over backwards to help me load this vehicle on my trailer. It was a very pleasent buying experience.

This Place is a SCAM

I want to begin by stating i have never in my life written an online review but the level of dishonesty expressed by this dealership has forced my hand on the matter. I have worked at a car dealership for most of my working career and i am accustomed to most sales tactics employed by salesman. This dealership has prices that seem to be fairly low but do not be deceived. the vehicle i was looking at had several open safety recalls, a previous accident that was not disclosed to me (i asked about it and was informed there were no accidents - found it in the carfax after), a major oil leak and needed brakes. When trading your vehicle in, be prepared to have your vehicle priced like it has a blown engine. They will offer you less than the "Fair" condition price on KBB and offer it like your getting a deal. the particular car i was looking at was priced like it was in perfect condition. VERY Dissatisfied customer. This is the exact sort of place that gives honest dealers a bad reputation.

Strange dealership......

Called ahead regarding a vehicle....i was told that yes it was still there and available for test drive. I arrived and the salesman could not locate the car. Informed that the car was in the shop being serviced but would be back the following day. Salesman said he would call me the following day when the car was back. Contacted the salesmanthe following day and was again told that the car wasnt repaired yet so i inquired "what is wrong with the car?" After being on hold he returned and stated that the car had been repaired and would be back at the dealership the following day. He closed with "i will give you a call tomorrow when the car arrives". Still waiting on that car. Something is very strange about this company. VERY STRANGE....emails are not responded to and calls are not returned.
