Highly Recommend!

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Inline Auto Sales. The staff are very friendly and they have a no-pressure atmosphere. Lots of vehicles to choose from. After the 1st week, my mechanic noticed some issues that should be addressed. Returned the vehicle to Inline Auto Sales and the repairs were made to our satisfaction. The owner and his team stand behind their vehicles, I would definitely purchase from them again! Stop by and drive some of their vehicles, you'll be glad you did!

Happy so far

Saw a vehicle online that I am interested in and called to see if it was still available. Spoke with Christian at the Raliegh location and was given a complete rundown on the vehicle. Very knowledgeable about what he does and seems to care, also informed me o a discount for military. Fingers crossed that the rest of this experience continues in this manner.

BEST PRICE BEST DEALERSHIP AROUND

Just bought my second car 2013 Mercedes c250 had the best experience ever here at inline auto sale. Salesman was very polit and professional feels like friends. The second I walked in they remembered me right the way showed me the car and felt in love with it I would STRONGLY recommend inline auto sale

Advertised for a car that was not ready for sale.

Saw a truck that was advertised by Inline Sales online that interested me. Drove 45 minutes to see it, waited 10 minutes for a sales person, then he brought the truck around to see it. At this point, I was informed that the vehicle wasn't even ready for sale - it needed to be detailed and some maintenance. So, it would not be ready for sale for another week! Bottom line, wasted over an hour of time going to see an advertised vehicle for sale that wasn't really for sale. Very frustrating and disappointing

We apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment caused. This is not the case for every vehicle and happens very rarely. We would not want to see the vehicle without the maintenance and detailing done. If you decide to come back we will do what we can to give you a great deal.

Beware! No good customer service or communication

I found a trailblazer SS online at this dealership. I wanted to trade in my truck so I emailed them the pictures and told them the flaws of the truck so we can make a deal before I drive down to n.c. I live in md so it is was 5 hour drive. We confirm a price for a trade in and told them I will be down in the morning to pick up the truck. I was told ok and confirm what times they opened. So I drove down and thirty minutes away from dealership I called to tell them I was about to be there to only be told the truck was sold last night. There was no email or call telling me this knowing I was coming down. I wasted $60 of gas and put over 600 miles on my truck because of this. That's poor communication and unprofessional. I was told why you didn't call before. I said I'm 5 hours away and left 6 dis morning and you open at 11. How can I call. I wasn't offer money for gas or nothing. Just took a lost over bad communication!

We apologize for any inconvenience. It is company policy that we can not hold a vehicle without a deposit to secure the vehicle and we make it a point to ask the customer. If we do not have a customers contact information we are not able to let them know if a vehicle sells. Checking the website periodically is always a good idea when car shopping to make sure the vehicle is still on the website/available. If you decide to come back to Inline we will make sure to give you a good deal.

Great Exprience

It was the best car buying experience I ever had. No hustle,no pressure, no issues. They helped us with evrerthing we needed. My husband is in the market for a car also and he definitely will use Inline Auto Sales!

Great Experience

I just bought my first SUV. Our sales person was more than helpful-he even drove me home after test driving the car. It is a small delearship which makes you feel that you are well taken care of. My husband is in the market for a car and he will use Inline Auto Sales too.

Buyers beware!!!

Called them before I left jacksonville to look at a ford excursion. They claimed it was rust free. I took the two hour drive there not only to be told that they were charging the batteries, but to also find the vehicle was plagued by rust that had been painted over! When told about this, they asked WHAT RUST??? Don't waste your time or money

We apologize about your negative experience here. We had just received the vehicle and made it aware the vehicle could be viewed but still had to go through service and detail so we were charging the batteries and then replaced them with brand new ones.
