Fantastic Dealership

My wife bought her Mercedes here. Great prices and the process was extremely efficient. Wonderful sales team and Finance Manager! I am in the car business and this is as good as it gets!

Excellent service

I was very impressed with the level of service I was provided during each of my visits. The process was easy, the cars and deals offered were realiable, and they went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Electric Blue

Overall a really great experience. No one hassled me or followed me around. Gave me time to look and test drive Found the Jeep on CarGurus and drove from Clayton to here. About 30 mins away and worth the drive. Shopped other places, but the sales team and process better at Inline.

Bad Chevy Cruze

I made the dumbest mistake and that’s buy a super lemon from them paid 1000 for a bunch of leaks and I still have my 30 day tag on. And I know they knew .But I live and learn but never I will trust a dealer no matter what. worst mistake I ever did though.

Not recommended

I financed a titan from there about 35 days ago. In that a fuel line busted, the 4wd light came on, the stud to the tire was stripped and a couple other things went wrong. I feel as if i was sold a money pit..... i called the manager who also claims to be HR and she hung up on me because i was upset.... would not recommend if you are looking for something reliable that willl last longer then a month before you have to start fixing things...

Refuse to negotiate

My husband and I went to Inline Auto to purchase a vehicle. I had a few vehicles in mind then I ran across a Pontiac Torrent. It had 72,500 miles. It was $5,995. The tires were ok the battery needs to soon be replaced, ABS light is on for the brakes, the stabilitrak issue light is on. I wanted to negotiate for 5,500 but my sales guy Tony said they do not negotiate. So after reading up on this particular vehicle I thank God I didn?t get it because it can lock up at anytime. And the stabilitrak could be valve problems and can cost a lot of money and headache. Please research each vehicle, take to a Mechanic, look for signs of a accident. Just because the carfax says it hasn?t been in an accident doesn?t mean one didn?t happen. All accidents aren?t reported. Happy hunting. Plus the vehicle was an 11y/o car that has been on the lot for over 120 days so be weary of what you get.
