2005 GMC Envoy. I was not the easiest person to g

2005 GMC Envoy. I was not the easiest person to get approved as my credit score was not real high so you had to work a little to help me through the grey areas! You got it tho and I am a happy customer with a decent vehicle, and with a payment I can afford! BIG SHOUT OUT TO STUART HARRIS FOR ALL HIS EFFORTS AND DEDICATION TO MAKE THIS DEAL A REALITY!! Outstanding Service

I have been working with Kevin, the Fleet Manager for a while, doing truck bed liners. I work for Dhino Linings & Terry's Tops. When I needed a new car, Kevin offered that I take one of the Sparks for a test drive. I decided to wait until I can bring my husband with me. On Friday I went on-line to look at offers by different dealers and got a phone call from Stuart, who invited me to stop by before 9:00 PM. My husband and I stopped by to look at the Spark and perhaps taking it for a test run. We got a warm and friendly reception and everything went smooth, leading up to us buying my little Spark right there on the spot. This is my first new car buying experience and I will recommend anyone looking for a new car to stop by and see one of the sales people.

A great car buying experience!

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Spark. The staff was excellent, they were able to meet my needs for a new car, and the salesperson was very knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable purchasing a care here. Overall it was excellent service and a great staff.

awesome place

I needed a car that was more reliable in the snow as I drive long distances with my kids. I was $9,000 upside down in my current car, paying 22% interest, and dealing with a bankruptcy. I had been to numerous dealerships trying to get out from the horrible situation I was in. Mark Mattice and Jana Lee were awesome. Mark was honest with me and really took the time to help. He always has a good suggestion and great advice. Jana Lee worked some sort of magic to get me financed with GM financial and thanks to then both, I am now driving a brand new Chevy Cruze which I absolutely love. The most important thing is that I now feel safe driving with my kids in the car. I really appreciate everything that you all did to help me.

Great Service

EXCELLENT service! Fast, service people were polite, their lounge where I spent my SHORT wait was really nice with WIFI & TV, and they even washed my truck before giving it back to me! I will definitely go back to this place again!

Battery Replacement

The Service Manager helped me immediately. He checked my battery very quickly and quoted me on a new one. I was slightly disappointed that AC Delco did not give me any prorated creidt on my old battery. I walked across the street for a quick lunch and my battery was installed when I returned 30 minutes later. They served me FAST and i appreciate that! My car had been washed! That is awesome! Tom Scharlow has been my Service Advisor for over 15 years now, maybe 20 (?) and he is the reason I keep coming back. He is knowledgeable and gives it to me straight.

Great Service

every time I go to LMH, I am greeted by either Tom or Ralph they are friendly and helpful they listen to my concerns and keep me posted on how the service or repair is going. They will arrange a shuttle if needed and always have a smile even if the news is not always the greatest about my vehicles. Tom and Ralph are the reason I keep coming back to LMH.
