Mark Miller has earned my respect ever since we first bought a used Four Runner not from him, but they fixed every thing that was covered under the warranty. Yes he is not the cheapest in town but I have found these guys to be the best. They have fixed correctly was needed and in time everytime.

The employees stayed extra late as i was coming from out of state. The guys i worked with were friendly and Danny Gesen (the finance guy i worked with) was awsome, showing me all my options and what they would do to my payments. The only negative was the car was over priced and i felt they under paid me for my trade in (they are selling it for twice what they gave me for it and it was not a cheap car.)

Apprehensive customer surprised by no-pressure sal
I needed to replace my totalled car and was apprehensive about purchasing it from a dealership. A number of people at work told be about dishonest dealership who could not be trusted. Two however told me about their great experience with Mark Miller. I was apprehensive. I checked out their used cars on-line, found one I was interested in, called to see if I could drive it, and went in. When I went in the man I spoke to was not there but another young man, Gavin, a sales rep., showed me the car I was interested in. I was there about an hour test driving and learning all about the car. Not at any time did Gavin pressure me to buy, even when I said I would have to think about it. It sold that night. A few days later I again called Gavin about another car that I test drove. Again he gave me a ton of information about that car in particuilar and in general. Again, he did not pressure me, which made it easy to think and make up my mind. I bought the car and have been very happy with it. Gavin called a couple of days later and encouraged me to let him know if I had any questions or problems with the car. Can't get much better than that.

Spencer Williams at Mark Miller Toyota is phenomenal to work with while buying a car! He makes sure you are taken care of in any way that he can. He is very personable and very supportive of the customer!! I would highly recommend Mark Miller Toyota and working with Spencer Williams.

Excellent service, extremely friendly & dedicated
I walked into the dealership with low hopes of ending up a car owner because of my credit being what it is. The salesperson that worked with me was very nice and worked hard to help me out. He made some calls and got me approved and into a great car. I feel like I'm the happiest person in the world, no more riding my bicycle in the harsh Utah winters.

As Advertised. No Hassle
Did lots of research for the car we wanted on cars.com. We found what we were looking for at Mark Miller Toyota. Sales staff was very helpful. Found great financing options. Happy to find that the car and pricing matched what was on cars.com. Also very happy that I didn't feel pressured to add all the after-market add-ons. Marked a 3 on facilities because there wasn't any place to park. This is one of my pet peeves about car delearships: they really need to reserve a place for customer parking.

Best Service I have ever experienced
I worked with Scott, and it was the most pleasant Car buying experience I have ever had. He was very informative and easy going. Most of all her did not overwhelm me with Classic sales pitches or the regular barrage of words you get from most salesman. The price was great, the process and customer service was even better.

I would go back
We were in the market for a new used car and found one online that my husband wanted to look at. We happened to be in the area of the Mark Miller Toyota dealership and decided to go take a look. The car we had found online didn't really meet the criteria we were looking for and we were ready to leave. The sales manager came out and talked to us for a bit and told us he had some other cars on the lot that might work better for us so we had them bring one to the front for us to look at. It was perfect. The truth is, we had no intention of actually buying a car but when they brought our camry out my husband and I both agreed that it was exactly what we were looking for. Low miles, fun color, clean interior, and good performance rating all for a really fair price. I hope this car lasts as long as the one we traded in and at this point I can say that we would go back to them for our next car.

The entire buying process was easy, I provided information up front, came in and was ready to find the car. Salesman had plenty of options, did not push something we didn't want, and worked to make sure we got the best financing possible. I will come back.

Amazing facility and good people
The Mark Miller Toyota facility is second to none for both the car buying experience as well as for my service needs. The people all make you feel like you matter and there is not much else to ask for in a sales/service experience. This was the second car I purchased from them and it won't be the last!
