I came in just to test drive a diesel Cruze (no intention of purchase on the visit as I was going to be shopping around) and ended up purchasing one. Kevin M was my sales guy and was great. Before the test drive he asked what I was interested in and wasn't pushy at all. Answered my questions to the best of his knowledge before he sent me on my test drive. I loved the car and looked at the others he had on the lot but went with my test driven one. I asked for an OTD price as I finance with my personal bank. Got the price and couldn't believe they met where I wanted to be without any negotiations. I called my bank and made it happen after that. They even gave me close to what I wanted on my trade in. The only minor cons were pushes to finance with them when my bank requested a minimum on my trade in to make the deal work, and original lowball on my trade in. The bathroom was a little messy, and there wasn't much of a complementary snack/beverage selection compared to other dealerships.

Marcus Washington was exceptional in his efforts to ensure everything was done correctly, efficiently and quickly. He strived to ensure amenities I asked for to be included on the new truck were provided and the best price was reached. Thank you Marcus - you provided the absolute best in all possible customer services!

My overall experience with All American Chevrolet of Killeen was wonderful. My sales person was great! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was there to look at. He took the time to walk me through each step of the buying process and answer any questions I might have. Even went as far as to follow me to a gas station to put air in my tires when we noticed they were a bit low(while he was walking me through all the features of the car) and it had gotten late enough that the service department was closed and they had the air there already turned off. The only small issue was my trade in quote but my sales person worked hard to bring that up as much as he could and in the end, even though I still wasn't real happy about the quote, I bought the car and LOVE it. This small issue is the only reason I gave the buying process 4 stars instead of 5 because the rest of the process went smoothly. The entire environment was welcoming and professional with the sense that everyone there genuinely wanted to help you.

Kenny McGill was the salesman who helped us find a great 2017 work truck which fit our budget. He along with Anthony Gibson were very professional in presenting all the information regarding the paperwork we had to sign. We will definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I came in looking for a specific truck that I had In mind. Kevin searched all over texas looking for the truck that I really wanted. He could not find what I was looking for, however he continued to search until he found something that I wanted. Kevin did a great job making sure that I was satisfied before I left the dealership and I will go back when it's time to upgrade!

For this being the first time I've bought a car with my husband, they made it so easy, all we had to do was sign papers, and drive home. I am so grateful with how we were treated as adults, even with how young we are. Tyrone Jackson was so respectful, and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone that was looking for a new vehicle!
