Never received a response. Can't buy a vehicle if no one is willing to talk.

friendly courteous staff. Liked the car I bought price was right. Wish they would have had air in the tires and tape removed from windows other than that good experience.

Using the price request option provided via the cars.com website results in a confrontational refusal to provide requested info. If there is an option to request a price , then one should be given, even if that price is exactly the same as is listed on the cars.com listing. I was told that I needed to negotiate to get the best price, HELLO 1980 your sales man is on line 1... With dealers spanning the entire US listed here why in the world would they think people have that much time or ability to travel to every car that might interest them. That's what was done BEFORE places like cars.com became available to us. If your not willing to give a price then post that in the listing.

I have been searching for a few months for a car. This is my first car purchase and it was a very simple and easy transaction. The two people running the lot/shop are very nice and honest people who seem to actually take care of the cars they get. They also have a carfax for every vehicle on their website. Also with cars not on the site but you'd have to visit the lot. They helped me with everything I needed and I would defiantly purchase another car from them! Highly recommend!!

I enquired more than once about a vehicle in their stock. I haven't received a response yet?

BNM Auto sales is the best used car business I have ever visited. Every single employee went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with them. By the time I had test driven the car I wanted to buy, I felt very confident that I was making a good purchase. This company stresses that they want my return business, which they will get. In the end, I bought a 2000 Acura and I love it! also, the car fax report was in the car so the passenger could read it during the test drive.

Moe and Sam were great, friendly, honest and stayed after hours in order to meet with me. I had been looking for a vehicle for months in and around where I live (Pittsburgh, PA). After speaking to them about a car they had listed for sale, they stayed late. I drove a hour and a half to meet them. Drove the car, loved it. They held the car for me and I came back up to New Castle the following weekend and purchased the vehicle. They are also did my plates, title and registration all in one visit. They DO NOT charge any dealers fees to purchase from them which is a rare find and a pleasure to learn. If you are in the market for a great quality used car, go see them, it is worth the trip no matter how far you have to drive.

Purchased a Jeep Commander last week from this dealer. Never went in, all done over the phone and the internet. Passed on some other dealers that had seemingly good prices but poor reviews. Was impressed w/ one price policy and after the sale follow up. Car was exactly as described, even a little better, actually. Would recommend w/o reservation.

A very nice experience. No high pressure. No demeaning looks or sneers. Took a test drive with the salesman who new answers to every question. They even put the vehicle up on the lift for me to inspect the whole undercarriage. NICE!!
