Dealer sales vehicles with blown motors and then makes promise about having the vehicle fixed by a certified mechanic at a different shop. And then come to find out they hired someone not to work on your vehicle with no way to verify the work was actually done or completed!

The dealership does not honor the 500 mile two week warranty! I have to sue to get my money back! I bought a 2011 Dodge Avenger and as I was driving home the check engine light came on. They kept putting the repair off until the warranty expired.

The owner Dominic is hands down the most caring and honest customer first owner I’ve ever met. Everything he said he was going to do he did. He put me in a car and the car wasn’t right I took it back he gave me a loaner no questions asked and said if he can’t make the car right he will put me in another. When I say I’m so grateful because I was in a crunch and he helped me all the way through. The car wasn’t right so he put me in an even better car and made sure I was satisfied. I can’t say enough about Dominic and his staff at Big 3 Auto he truly cares about the people.

I’ve worked with a few dealerships in my life while buying different cars. I worked with Bob as a salesman and Dominick was the finance person. They were both so friendly and kind. They treated me like an actual person, not just a sale to accomplish. I’m so glad I came to them!!

Lies they lie and bully they say one thing and do another. I promise you won't be happy with there service or cars the get all cars from auction

Found a great car. Everything was good until I got ripped off on my trade in which came from another one year ago. My trade-in was worth $8000-$5000 dollars and they only gave me $3500. I will never forgot that.
