Needed new tires on a Friday afternoon at 3pm. They were so gracious to get a rental for me that evening so I could make my flight early the next morning! Appreciate Rob and all the girls in the service dept who always try to help no matter how busy they are.

While driving out of state to visit family, my brakes failed. I pulled in to Holiday Ford and they were wonderful! Everyone was extremely kind and welcomed my dog and me into their waiting area. They got me back on the road in about 3 hours. I am so grateful and highly recommend them.

I like good customer service which is lacking these days…..with that being said Rob (not sure of last name) is the most professional, pleasant and detailed person when it comes to servicing the customer. This is one of the reasons I take my car to the Ford dealership to be serviced.
