CarMax Naples

This dealership won’t impress you with a flashy or pretentious sales floor - but the simplicity of the buying process paired with the value of the cars sold will be what stands out. This is my second time buying a car from carmax - both times I traded in a vehicle and was given much more than I expected for my car.

The dealership was open on Sunday and no one was waiting for assistance. Liz promptly greeted us and we knew what we were looking for in a used car. She gave us several options of cars available on the lot. We chose on in 15 minutes. Liz was very knowledgeable and we were thrilled with her assistance. Lots of paperwork but guess that is normal. We would use CarMax again.

They set me up for a test drive in a car with no air conditioning on a day when the temperature outside the car was 95 and inside the car it was 93. Needless to say I went somewhere else and bought a car at Tamiami Hyundai, where the cars had working A.C.

The worst place to buy a car in Naples. The worst service department in all of Collier County. I cant begin to tell you all the horror stories I have had there. Just avoid it like the plague.

Thay didn't know how to talk to people I was thinking to my Daddy with that woman on the phone and she got smart she one of the person who answered the phone

After selecting my vehicle and being approved for my loan, I was so excited to go in to pick up my car from the Naples location. I test drove the car and went to sign the paperwork. And then, after an hour of waiting, I was told the bank has changed the terms and told to leave. Steven Lowry was the salesman. I would never ever step foot in that sham of a company again.
