Terrible service department

Worst experience I have ever had! Would not recommend to anyone! They rip you off.service department was terrible & possibly caused damage to my engine! I would not take your vehicles there!

Saul was a great salesman - knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He answered all our questions after we test drove two vehicles. Angel also assisted with delivery. Good buying experience!

Unprofessional staff, cheating, toxic environment

Been looking for the preowned Ridgeline, they've got one of the required configuration. After phone confirmation, driving across the town just to find out it's not reconditioned yet. Still want to see it. Took over half an hour for the sales guy (Muhammad ?) to find it on the lot, on the way witnessed ugly alpha male domination scene in service facility. The car was OK yet dirty, which was no surprise. I was ready to place a deposit anyway. Getting back to the office, the guy refused to respect internet price, insisting on +$2K sticker, plus $1K extra options I didn't need. I had a competing offer for very similar car yet lower trim $4K lower. Said I'm fine going a little up from that price, but not $4K. The guy said no negotiation and basically ended the conversation. Now a month later they're offering their Ridgeline $2K cheaper than what I've paid for my one of lower trim. Just one guy has left me w/o the car I would prefer, and made his own company lose $2K (and counting) in revenue.

Rate switching and signing pressure

After spending all day trying to negotiate, I settled on a Vehicle. I should have walked out! I was told the banks were closed and the would be negotiating a better rate and a adjustment would be made. I was even provided an update sheet. After all the paperwork was submitted to the bank, I was reassured several times over the phone and in email I would receive the quoted rate. It was all lies!

Don't trust Bill Luke

Do not use this corrupt dealership. The big problem is they will sell you and extended warranty and when it comes time to use it you get no help and the repair shop doesn't communicate to the owners. I wasted 22 days and I had to ha e my truck towed to another shop. Don't trust these people.
