GREAT Experience!!! No pressure or games

After getting the full car dealership hustle (derogatory) at Pinnacle Nissan, we looked up Rogue prices at other dealerships. We found one listed at AutoNation Chandler for a reasonable price. When we initially walked up, the salesman told us the price listed was an error. We were afraid that again they were going to try and raise the price from what we'd seen advertised and we were prepared to walk out of a dealership for the second time in a day. HOWEVER, they said they would honor the advertised price. We went on a test drive and our salesman Jake Mann was very knowledgeable about the Rogue and Nissans overall. Then the final pricing of the vehicle was very transparent and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, etc. There was no pressure from Jake. Then when we went into financing, the warranty options were explained and priced out, but we weren't pressured into any choices and he helped us choose what worked best for us.

Nissan Rogue

The salesman Kevin was great, very patient with us and not pushy. Finance department dropped the ball but when I called and spoke to the sales manager Mike he fixed the problem in less than an hour. When we went in to sign the final paperwork the finance manager Mike handled the paperwork and it went quickly and smoothly. There were 2 issues with the car and Sam from sales handled them with the service department again in less than an hour. All in all the different departments came together well and saved the day.

I had to get a new Titan after a bad accident so I went

I had to get a new Titan after a bad accident so I went where I knew had good service! I inquired online and Ben called me within an hour. We started the process over the phone and e-mailed/texted for a few days.and I finally went down there to test drive and go over my options. Ben and Victor were so helpful, no pressure, and quick to respond. Michael handled my financing and was very friendly and personable. Ben explained each feature in detail and answered all of my questions. He also completed much of the setup of all of the features. Ben and Victor have both continued to contact me and check in on my new Titan. And I can’t say enough about Jennifer in the Service Department! She has always gone above and beyond to help me with my previous Titan and my new Titan. Everyone at Autonation Nissan Chandler has always been very helpful and professional. Make sure you stop by there and see Ben and Victor if you’re in the market for a new vehicle! Thanks for all you do!

It's impossible to have a perfect experience with any

It's impossible to have a perfect experience with any dealership. After all, you, as the buyer, want to pay as little as possible, and they, as the dealership, want you to pay as much as possible. That fact accepted, this was one of my better experiences buying a car. Ben Noland was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. After looking into having a vehicle transferred from another dealership, I decided to go with a color they already had on their lot. I made a reasonable offer, which Ben and his sales manager accepted. All of this negotiating happened online, so after arriving at the dealership and test driving the car, my wife and I decided to buy the car. Before we could go back to the finance office and sign all the paperwork, though, we waited a VERY long time. When we did go back, I was happy that I wasn't pressured to buy extended warranties or anything extra. The finance guy showed us the offerings, but when we said that we can afford to repair any damage, or cover any expenses that might come up after the warranty ends, he moved on. Everywhere else that 've bought a car pushed me so hard on the extended warranty and service contracts, and since I usually pay cash, it's not as easy to sell me on something extra by saying that it only adds X dollars per month. At the end of the day, I would be perfectly happy if I could just show up, sign a few forms, hand over a check, and leave with a car. I hate sitting in a dealership for so long, although I'm sure some of the delay is inevitable given all the paperwork and background check requirements. I am still going to give five stars because of Ben Noland. We got an acceptable price, and Ben explained everything, including the Nissan app and safety features, in more detail than I've ever seen a car salesman do. My daughter will be driving this car, so Ben even helped her to get her phone all configured to work with the car. As I said, one of my better experiences.

Not quite the same.

The car as described on Cars.com did not have the feature that attracted my interest. It didn?t have memory seats that was the important feature. I bought the car however I feel I didn?t get everything I paid for. The car is nice otherwise.

Bought car returned car

Kevin was helpful and nice. They kind wanted to put the car on the end of the months books so there was a rush. I did end up returning the car. The steering wheel center rattled going down the road nd the windshield had a chip that was covered up by price sticker. It just wasnt the car for me.

Buying a new car

Buying a new car from AutoNation Nissan was a very pleasant experience. I had a budget, they worked with me on buying a 2024 Sentra SV. They also honored my military service with a very nice rebate! I highly recommend buying a car from them!
