They don't care as long as they get your money

The salesman had me to wait all day long, and when I did they did not want to fix what needed to be fixed, always saying... Well that's in another department and they can't fix it with out changing me. The tire light was on told them they didn't fix, so I figured it was low on air, it wasn't. There was no air censor in any of the wheels. They would not fix it unless I paid half of the cost. So my dumb xxx paid it.

While I still have not located the vehicle I'm searching for, Hawthorne's sales people gave the very convincing impression that they would try to find it for me. I would make the several hour drive there if they do.

The best car buying experience I've ever had !!! Found what I wanted on the website called the dealership spoke to the salesman Matt.....he got me with financing guy Steve.I was 400 miles away from the dealership they delivered the truck to me within the next day. great service very easy to work with. any new purchases I have in the future will be through Keith Hawthorne Ford!!

The last time I was here for work on my vehicle, I left...

The last time I was here for work on my vehicle, I left really heated because I know of a few times before I told them of a oil leak somewhere on the back of the engine that they claim to not be able to see but I look up under vehicle and see oil spots had been wipe off but then this last time there all of a sudden we see that you have an oil leak and we can see that it's the valve cover gaskets and was given a price that I felt was higher than normal but I paid for the work and about to try having an open mind dealing with them once again for service and hoping all goes well.

Good experience, drove up from South Caroline and went...

Good experience, drove up from South Caroline and went over the truck drove off with it an hour later. The salesman was knowledgeable about the truck and everyone was friendly and helpful.
