This dealership took my money, my trade in, and the...

This dealership took my money, my trade in, and the balance from the finance and failed to give me my proper paperwork. I now can't register or insure my new truck. They have stopped taking our calls to fix this issue. We now have a very expensive truck just sitting in the driveway that we can't use. Please don't make the mistake we did in trusting this company. Go someplace else, there are plenty of other Ford dealers out there.

Scam Artists

This dealership took my money, my trade in, and the balance from the finance and failed to give me my proper paperwork. I now can't register or insure my new truck. Worst buying experience ever!

We bought our truck on 4/03/21. During test drive, the engine light came on and the window seals were loose. We were assured the engine was only a switch (easy fix) and the seals would be fixed also. We walked away from negotiations twice. The first time, they called us and made an offer that were were happy with so we turned around and went back to the dealership. However, they said we misunderstood the offer. Not possible since he was on speakerphone and we both heard the same thing! We walked away again, only to be followed out the door. They made another offer and we accepted. The offer included running boards, spray in lines liner, full tank of gas, cleaned, and the engine light issue and window seals fixed. We signed the papers. We were NEVER asked who?s name was to be in the truck. Sales person just assumed it would be my wife?s because I made a statement that she would be driving it. It is MY truck and was to be in my name with her as a co signer. However all the paperwork had her name as buyer. It had been a long and very stressful day so we didn?t make this an issue. We finally got our truck on 4/15/21 (12 days later) and we?re told everything was fixed. However, when we arrived the truck was dirty inside and out. The tank was 1/2 full. The window seals had not been fixed. They took pictures and said they would get back in touch. Took us to get gas and we left. On 4/19/21 the engine light came back in and we took it back to the dealership on 4/20/21. As of today, 5/02/21 we still do not have our truck.

service on 2/11/ 2021

Asked for a mount and balance of tires for a 2017 Edge was told that the wheels could not be removed because the swelling of the lug nuts. No options were offered. Even if I had bought new tires I would have to mount them myself I guess. I also found out the lug wrench was a joke that came with the car.

What an awesome team! My current financials isnt that great with low credit score didnt think it was possible but Tairon Hale and his team made it happen! Gave me a great deal on trade in value of my old trick too!

TERRIBLE AND SLOW AND HIGH

I don't know who would give this dealership 5 stars let alone 1, yes there are a few quality staff. I mean a few! Their service depart is prime crap and slow. They never have enough service people. it takes them two years to fix or even look at your car. This is after they had the car for two going on three weeks and it broke back down not even a good month later. this is the last Ford car, I will ever purchase. and I have purchased a few. Their cars and this Keith Hawthorn, service department is pure crap. Keith need to stop leaving everything to his lazy GM that don't bother to call you back if his life depended on it and start following up on why people hate and dread coming to that high price, inefficient service department. Only thing they're good at is answering the phone telling you your car is still waiting to be fixed. who ever responding to these complaints, don't bother to respond to this. Go find some reliable service people or repair people and get them in that service department. while you have time to respond to unhappy and so called happy reviews. While you invested money in fixing up the floor room. You sorely you forgot to get help for the service department. Get our cars out your slow azz service department! How are you running a service department and you're not paying for top quality mechanics, seems like you can't keep them.
