Saw a truck I wanted that was not on the lot yet but was on their website. Allen Fansler and Chris Graves kept in touch, they even went on got it from the storage lot so I could get it before the month ends so I could get the special rate for financing. Allen even delivered it to my work. Daniel and Frank got me the payments I wanted. This was the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had.

Brandon is my go to guy for cars. I just bought my 3rd vehicle from him today. I've gotten 2 Trax and now a Denali and I couldn't be happier! After I bought my first car, I told Brandon I would follow him to whatever dealership he went to and that he will be my car guy for life and I will stand by that! I was so excited when I reached out to him and learned he was back at Commerce Chevy. Hes an absolute amazing person and so much fun to hang out with while going through the process. If you are not good at math, do not buy at this dealership. Actually, even if you are good at math, don't do it. They were extremely shady with projecting payment plans on me, numbers changing every single time they reprinted the same exact paper when we asked for additional information. We did not calculate the initial numbers presented for an 84 month payment plan, but the second print out was 84 months at 16%. There's no way that was accurate. I have good credit and got less than 7% on a shorter payment plan a week later at a different dealership. They also tried selling a "protection plan" that could not be fully explained. Then finally, "Oh! Here's a printout of the contract, except the first page because we couldn't get a blank copy and had to copy from another customer's paperwork." In said paperwork, there were contradictions to what was verbally presented as well.

This Dealership has Committed Auto Fraud with odometer rollbacks, not disclosing prior damage salvage title, Lying about miles and the sales rep on contracts, title washing. Please beware. They think they will get away with it, bet they didn't think I would find out. I found the proof and there is no denying it. I will be making a call to GMC corporate on Monday. The FTC, The Attorney General, and so on. Everything I am saying I can prove. I will bring this whole scheme down. Watch me. Already spoke to the police.

Came in with the Wheel of Fortune event. Unfortunately I didn’t win this time but my insurance agent won 25k here a couple years back. I read the fine print and went in knowing it was a long shot but hey, I usually have to buy a lotto ticket for a chance to win 25k or 5k but they sent this one to me free of charge!! I needed a new truck so while I was there I was able to accomplish that easy. Got a great new truck with low miles and they gave me top dollar for my trade. Definitely going back for my wife’s next ride. Great guys out there.
