I have in my 50 plus years of buying automobiles bought quite a few new vehicles. But I have to say that the one I just brought from Commerce Chevrolet was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. Allen Fansler was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole buying experience was top notch. No pressure no hype just a very friendly experience. I don't remember everyone's name that was involved in the sale but they were on top of the deal Mike listened to what I could do and did his best to get it so I was able to buy. If you are in the market for a new vehicle don't sell your self short, check Commerce Chevrolet. I know you won't be sorry!

Their service dept. is terrible. They replaced an alternator but not only did I find out I was significantly overcharged, they didn’t do it properly and caused over $800 in damage that had to be repaired at the Sulphur Springs Chevrolet dealership. When I told them that they overcharged me for the alternator replacement ($1100), they tried to tell me that I got a good deal as the alternator alone would usually cost that much. When I told him that their invoice showed $600 for the alternator, I got the equivalence of a dumb stare. Do not go there for service work. Go to Sulphur Springs. Better operation and more professional.

Saw a truck I wanted that was not on the lot yet but was on their website. Allen Fansler and Chris Graves kept in touch, they even went on got it from the storage lot so I could get it before the month ends so I could get the special rate for financing. Allen even delivered it to my work. Daniel and Frank got me the payments I wanted. This was the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had.
