Russ Darrow Metro Mazda

I purchased my Mazda 3 from Metro Mazda over 2 years ago. They had Mazfa dealerships closer to my residence but I continue to use Metro Mazda for service because of the pro.pt excellent service I receive from them. I highly recommend them

What a truly amazing car buying experience. From the moment I was greeted on the lot, to the time I drove off in my beautiful new CX5, the guys at Russ Darrow went above and beyond for me. Everyone was very polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable with all the specs and details on every model I asked about. Not once did I feel pressured or like a nuisance, and I definitely had a lot of questions. Chris was my salesman and he was great. Every question I had, he had a well informed answer to. He definitely knows his cars and made me feel confident in my decision. The teamwork and camaraderie between Chris, Adam, Dean and Warren was amazing. All four gentlemen went above & beyond for me. At least, that's how they made me feel. Both gentlemen in management; Dean & Adam made sure I was well taken care of and 100% happy with my purchase -and I am! I opted for a 36 month lease and will undoubtedly be back again in 3 years to upgrade to the newest model. Until then, I will confidently refer anyone I know in the market for a new car over to Russ Darrow, because I just know they would be taken care of and drive off happy.
