Nice and friendly

Excellent service!

Lifetime tires are Not really free cost $100

I bought the warranty for lifetime tires and had a blow out .. Not Covered. Then went discount tires and was told that my front tires thread is worn and should be replaced. i had to buy 2 rear tires from having the blow out so i went to mark kia who sold me the lifetime tires replacement for the two front tires which i was told should be replaced but was told that the front tires were not woren down enough but got an approval to replace the two front tires but it still cost me a$110 for the alignment! And the New tires were Not placed on the rear but put on the front which when i had to buy the new rear tires was months before. And was told that the newest tires should always be placed on the rear of the car??And had all the valve caps on when i took it in and got it back with one of the caps missing!

Everyone has a choice. Just say no.

Super great place to buy a vehicle if you respond to highly pressured, intimidating, predatory sales tactics, delivered by insulting xxxxx that couldn’t possibly care less about the safety or needs of their clients.

Fantastic experience with 2017 Mustang purchase

From the initial emails to the test drive to purchase and delivery, everything was handled in a friendly, professional manner. Michael Ellertson helped us all the way and was a pleasure to work with. Robert may be a Rams fan, but he's OK! Especially when it came to offering us a good value for our trade in. And Juan Rodriguez in Financing made the process quick and painless. We would definitely recommend Mark Kia to our friends!

Awful, inexplicable rude and just plane stupid

Avoid this place! I PROVIDED THE LICENCE AND INSURANCE, yet the manager said he's not comfortable with me & my wife being in a car without their representative. I was asking for some private time in the parking lot, not even a test drive! The reason is I'm a humble person and I hate wasting anyone's time unless I'm seriously considering purchasing. To be clear I make enough to buy the car cash. Do your self a favor, fire you manager.

Horrible service

Took 8 hours to buy my car. Horrible service and no one cares. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Do not buy your car here.

The best

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Mark Kia and the experience was phenomenal. It was important that I get the right vehicle since I had been in a car accident last year that left me without a car. Isaac the sales guy was very nice and made the process very smooth. He answered every question that I had and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks to Isaac I am very satisfied and I would definitely recommend mark Kia to anyone. If you need a car Isaac is your guy!!
