Everyone I worked with couldn't have been nicer! I am really pleased with my experience so far. Max Kemp greeted me right away when I arrived and was really knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. Manny Nolan and Josh Stonestreet also helped to get me to the price point my family and I needed. I have been a loyal BMW customer for the past 10 years but am so excited to start my journey with Kia. Thank you to everyone who assisted me.

I’ve never left a bad review anywhere, but this was so...

I’ve never left a bad review anywhere, but this was so bad I just couldn’t NOT say anything. I had booked an appointment to look at a car. 10 minutes before arriving I received a text from Jorman that the car was being painted and we could not drive it. Since we drove an hour to look at the car, we decided to go in anyways and at least see other options. He showed us another car that had recently been in an accident (the front bumper was dented and tore up) and when we asked for the price he told us he didn’t know it. We made another appointment to see the original car and he told us he would let us know the following morning if it was ready. The next day I kept in contact all day to make sure the car hadn’t sold and that we could test drive it as soon as possible. He booked us another appointment for the next morning and assured me that it would be ready. I even texted him right before closing to make sure the car was still there. He said it was, and the following morning he texted me letting me know it was ready. Well, 10 minutes before that new appointment, he called to tell me the car sold last night and there was nothing else available. It was horrible experience. I felt like he judged my husband and I the moment we walked in and didn’t want anything to do with us. He never asked any questions except how much we were willing to spend. It felt like we were a waste of his time. It was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Frank was courteous and efficient and super knowledgeable. He made sure the buying process was simple and straightforward. I was able to text and speak with Frank over 48 hours and handle pretty much everything virtually.

Excellent help from Max Kemp. It was a very short notice to purchase a car as I wasn't in town long. It was a great deal and he was helpful, informative and timely. I would definitely suggest you buy from Mark Kia and ask for Max.

Best Experience Ever!

In the world of this pandemic, I didn't want to turn my leased Optima at the actual dealership. I let Jorman Gomez know my concern and he brought the car and all paperwork for me to sign to my office. I knew what I wanted so it was seamless. This is my 4th Kia from Mark Kia and I'll keep coming back...hopefully, Jorman will be there when I do. He's an asset to Mark Kia.

Amazing customer service

To Whom It May Concern, July 27th, 2020 God Day and Hello. I am taking a moment to let everyone at Mark Kia, Kia Corporate and whoever else is interested, how impressed and thankful I am for their commitment to excellence. I’m 52 years old, have worked at many jobs over my years, a jack of all trades, and master of none of them so to speak. I have sold cars for a short period of time and have been a valet at a dealership so I do know and understand the ins/outs of a dealership and the car industry. I say this to tell those reading this that in ALL my years and all my dealings with products, service, and sales I have NEVER been more impressed and or satisfied with a purchase. The people, the product, and the service have all been EXCEPTIONAL. Exceeding any expectation that one could have about a dealership and business for that matter. Your people are amazing, kind, considerate, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and proud to represent Mark Kia. They (Dakota Stens, Jasmine Ramirez, Brandy Delaney and Shelby Bayne) have been absolutely amazing. I have experienced and witnessed their willingness to serve Mark Kia customers in a way that is not very common at all in today’s world. I felt important, that they actually cared about me and my vehicle, and they went out of their way to accommodate me, making my experience exceptional every time I come to Mark Kia. Please know that each of these individuals has been exceptional EVERY interaction, from an inquiring phone call to informing me about my beautiful Kia Optima (I call her Stella) and what is going on with her and how to best maintain her. The product is amazing as well. I have owned three Honda’s, and a Toyota, both quality products, but have to say out of all of those fine cars my Kia (Stella) is my favorite. It’s beautiful looks, combined with the 100,000 miles and 10-year warranty has proven to be an awesome feature. Thank you, Mark Kia, Dakota, Jasmine, Shelby and Brandy, for making this purchase the best one of my life. Thank you for treating me as a valued individual and treating me with kindness and respect. Josh knew I didn’t have time to waste. Everything was done in and out in less than 2 hours. The easiest experience ever. Everyone was awesome. Mark that got me aquatinted with the car. Brandy in finance. Honestly this is my 4th Kia with this dealership and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
