Austin Fornof in service was very helpful!

I needed to have a timing belt, associated idler pulleys and both v-belts replaced on my indestructible 1992 Paseo with 336,000 miles. Shawn Molina in parts and Austin in service took very good care of me. They pointed out that I needed a new front axle, as the outer left CV boot was leaking. Good service from good people. Many thanks for good service! I bought my car at this dealership 14 years ago and have always been treated fairly. Thanks again!

Kind, easy, quick to the point

My experience was easy and simple. However, my car was traded in for only $200 and the brand new tires I just put on them were $450 so definitely something I forgot to mention. Eric, the salesman was fun and easy to talk to making the experience a tad less stressful.

No pressure, good service, great vehicle

I worked with Julie Ramirez who kept me informed on pricing, features and financing options. Using text messaging, we found "my vehicle," and it took less than two hours to sign the paperwork and get out the door, mostly because Julie did all the advance work. It was a very enjoyable car buying experience.

Great and speedy service

I would recommend to anyone. The service is exemplary. The staff is friendly and keeps you up to date on your service. It is great that you can get a ride to places you need to go. I had an appointment with physical therapy so it worked great!

Well informed and kept up to date on maintenance and cost.

The service center emloyees were all friendly. My car was brought in for maintenance and parts replacement. The service was completed early but thoroughly at a price that I found to be reasonable.

World Class Service

I have lived in this area since 1976. I have dealt with this dealership through 3 owners and service has never suffered due to a change of ownership. Service is still world class at Sierra Toyota!

Relaxed, enjoyable experience

The sales man was personable and patient. They stayed after closing and never made us feel rushed. Everything is taken care of for 1 whole year, minus payments, including service and tags.

Loving my New 2020 Toyota Corolla

I’ve been eyeing the 2020 Toyota Corolla for some time, and after a few Consultations and many test drives, my wife and I spontaneously pulled the trigger. I got an initial approved finance quote, but the next day, I learned I got approved with a lower payment with GAP. Brian made the whole process easy and simple and everyone was transparent from the start. I strongly recommend Sierra Toyota for their honesty and getting me the best deal. Loving our 2020 Corolla and can’t wait till we buy our new RAV4.
