Buyer beware.
Buyer beware.I have a 2019 Subaru Outback - generally love the car. Only has 29,000 miles. Since last year, I've been having recurring issues with the battery dying. The battery was replaced 3 times ( last September 2024). My car requires a jumpstart every morning to start the engine. After searching the internet, I understand these model year Outbacks have been having parasitic draw issues with the defective DCM which causes the vehicle’s battery to drain quickly. There was a class action Subaru battery drain lawsuit settled a couple of years ago. This is a known problem with earlier models and they never fixed it. They never recalled it. This demonstrates Subaru’s “I don’t care and I can get away with it, attitude towards its customers”. They have lied and withheld this information from customers when purchasing one of their cars. The worst part - I have to wait for my appointment at the service department for 3 weeks. Don't you love the service.

Very welcoming staff and congenial waiting room with coffee and snacks. Car was ready before the expected time and was returned washed. Always a plus on my book. No complaint whatsoever !

Great experience in service! I was going in to get my windshield glass fixed and got recommended to do the 30,000 mile service instead of waiting a few months! I got an oil change, tire rotation, & inspection on engine, transmission, and brakes. Quick, easy & saved me a trip back for service! I will be back to Crews Subaru!

They kept my ‘16 outback SO FAR 2.
They kept my ‘16 outback SO FAR 2.5 MONTHS for a simple diagnostic. Zero return calls in that time, even to corporate office!! I showed up & they had wrecked my car. They “fixed it” n did awful job so i said redo it. They said needed 1 day, that was 22 days ago, and counting!! Extremelyyy rude & ignore me & corporate. I had to call cops when they hit my car due to their attitudes. Worst shop EVER!!!!! Will never buy another subaru & am selling both of mine asap, if can ever get one back. Go to subie doctors instead in west ash. They are wonderful!!! Cheaper, better mechanics, and they know much more than the dealership mechanics! Several have quit n gone to subie drs. I would too! They took 3 months to get my car back after installing a new transmission n doing a poor job. Other shop said they installed it wrong n i need another transm. Last time it was there, once again w no return calls. Zero excuse for this!!!! They wont even apologize
