I took my KIA to Bob Moore KIA on NW Expressway for an

I took my KIA to Bob Moore KIA on NW Expressway for an Air Bag Sensor diagnostic check for the exact cause of Air Bag Warning Light. Took a little while but the Service Center customer waiting area was by all means a 5 Star area. Service center has a Play Area with toys for children, a fully automatic Coffee / Cappuccino machine which is Free, Free Charging Station for just about every kind of phone and a very comfortable seating area with 1st class seating. I was initially told that the diagnostics Check might not be covered if warranty item was not the cause of air bag issue, Luckly it was the problem resulting in no cost to me. Service Center Technicians also repaired two Recall defective items. Our Service Consultant, Nathan Powers went out of his way to make sure Wife & I was continually kept up-to-date status of repairs and estimated completion. Overall, there is no other Automobile Dealer like Bob Moore, very courteous and not one Sales Rep tried to show or sell us a new car after informing them we were here for repairs not to buy anything. Bob Moore KIA is The Best, Period.

My wife and.

My wife and. I purchased a vehicle from bob moore Kia used lot back in February of 2024. When the salesman drove the vehicle up for us to look at it to see if it was something we would be interested in. He proceeded to say to us that it had a 18 point inspection and was fully updated on everything , New brakes, New tires, oil change, and so on. After the first week of purchase our vehicle has been in and out of service. The tires on the vehicle was bald in some areas and I had to call several times, that they told me lies My battery has died left us to call road side assistance recently and I then call and spoke to use car manager, I took it in as directed and they replaced my battery free of charge. Not a mile down the road my engine light comes on and now my ac and compressor is sounding like a tractor and not blowing anything out. There’s burnt wire smells very often and dash blink in and out of you hit a little bump. I been complaining about this since the first week. They all were aware of what I been through with the one I traded in and promised I wouldn’t have the same experience. But I am and I bought this vehicle under false pretenses… this is not right by all means.

My wife and I were sharing a new vehicle that we bought

My wife and I were sharing a new vehicle that we bought from bob moore auto group. When our car broke down, Bob Moore never left us stranded. They gave us a courtesy vehicle for us to continue our daily life until ours got fixed. Afterwards, we decided to get a new vehicle. We decided to keep our business with Bob Moore because of what they did for us and we also knew they would have our backs in case our vehicle needed service again. When we decided our next new car to be the 2023 Kia Sorento, we did not hesitate to contact Bob Moore Kia Northwest where Darien and her team understood our particular situation and were very patient with us through the entire process.

I was OVER car shopping by the time I inquired about a new Soul at Bob Moore Kia. I’d been to six other dealerships and was short-tempered but ready to buy immediately from whomever finally stopped fudging numbers and playing games. Darien was the first friendly voice to respond to my inquiry. She remained friendly and helpful, even as I impatiently told her I just wanted to know what the actual price out the door was on a minimally-equipped Kia Soul. We chatted briefly about my needs. The only thing I couldn’t live without that the base model lacked was heated seats, so I also asked about having seat heaters installed. Timeline was one issue discussed, as they had more inventory coming in that would meet my needs if I didn’t need the car immediately. I had some wiggle room on timing, so Darien put sales manager Don Hill on the line with me. Don talked to me about what I needed, what I wanted, and any preferences that would be added bonuses. I detailed my dealmakers and breakers and told him was willing to wait for the right car at the right price. He had a 2024 Soul EX (top trim package) already on the lot. It was my favourite of the available colours (Neptune Blue, I’d seen very few even in ads and hadn’t seen one in person), exceeded my needs and wants, and was just gorgeous. But out of my price range. Don asked what was wrong with that one.and I told him it was beyond perfect…except for the price! I kinda laughed him off, thinking he was doing that salesman upwelling thing. I couldn’t get other dealerships to sell me a base model for the advertised MSRP of $21,670, so I didn’t even want to know the real price on the EX with an MSRP of almost $27k! Then Don quoted me an all-in number on the phone for that gorgeous blue EX. I didn’t really believe him. It was under MSRP and getting very close to what I thought I’d end up paying for a base model with seat heaters installed at another dealership. I adored the colour. And I loved the extras the EX had, things I really wanted but would sacrifice for price. It was more than I’d hoped to spend, but it was the first car I’d actually loved. It was the Soul I’d design if I could order it. I told Don (reminding myself not to get my hopes up) that if he’d honour that price and get to a certain number on trade for my car, I was coming in immediately to sign paperwork. Less than an hour later, Darien greeted me immediately at the door and was a lovely hostess as I waded through the buying process. Don was friendly and a man of his word, honouring the nearly unbelievable figure he quoted me *without further discussion* and getting me what I needed on my complicated trade-in. Hands shaken and deal made, I was off to finance. Robert Ali worked with me tirelessly to get to a final package and financing I could live with (my credit is complicated by living abroad for 9 years, no car note or large loan in the US in over a decade). And Robert and Darien have continued to be warm and happily available as I go back to them with questions. I was somewhat defensive and ready to be mislead throughout this process, probably short or snappish at times when I didn’t understand something and worried the game playing was about to start. My prior experiences made me gun shy and quick to become adversarial. Darien, Don, and Robert sold me a good car (did a lot of research before deciding on a new Soul) at a great price and have been honest and transparent throughout. Even when I was quick to question things and distrustful. Thank you, Bob Moore Team! I’ll be back for service on my fancy new blue car. And I hope the service team are as excellent as you’ve been.

Great Experience with Joseph Kelley

Had a great experience Today at Bob Moore Kia! Joseph Kelley helped me with my Kia Soul purchase. I can’t say enough good things about how helpful he was. He helped me to get the right car without any high pressure sales or upselling. He also was extremely knowledgeable about the car and explained everything about the car in detail. I’ll definitely recommend him to my friends and family. He really does care about his customers even after the sale. I was definitely dreading getting a new car because of past experience, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience today with Joseph! The whole team was great including the new car manager Don Hill and the Customer service manager Kristin. Thanks guys for a great car buying experience!!

Great Customer Service!

We went to Bob Moore Kia NW to look at the Kia Fortes. Right after we pulled into the parking lot and parked, we were greeted by sales rep Cynthia. We immediately took to her because she had such a great personality. She was really friendly and happy to be around. She listened to what we wanted and did everything she could to help us. She was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered all of our questions. When we decided to buy the vehicle, we went in the building. It was nice, clean and very cool (considering it was extremely hot out side). Everyone was extremely nice and friendly inside as well. We were offered drinks while we waited and Cynthia was constantly checking up on us while we waited to see Robert the finance manager. Robert was a help to us too. He looked up different rates for us so we could decide if we wanted to finance or just pay off the vehicle. He also explained the warranty, the extra protective plan and what to do when we bring the car for service. He was full of information, answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. During our time with him, we even joked (teased with one another about our football teams and showed one another pictures from our phones. After we left his office we went to Cynthia's desk so she could get our signatures to link the key fobs to the online app. Her area was fantastic. It was filled with bright pink everywhere. Which only fits her personality because she has such a bright personality. Her space just makes you feel happy to be sitting there. After signing, we went outside to the car. It had been washed, the dealership sticker decal on the back had been taken off (per my request), and it was running with the air-conditioner on for us. She took my daughter to the car to link the fobs and show her how to do the app (the car was purchased for my daughter). After that we left. A few days later, Cynthia followed up with a email and text to see how things are going, if we had any other questions and make sure we were all doing okay with the car still. Our experience at Bob Moore was fantastic. I would highly recommend going to Bob Moore and request sales rep Cynthia to help purchase a vehicle on any day.

Cynthia is AMAZING!

My experience here was just amazing! Cynthia helped me purchase my 2023 Kia Sorento PHEV and she was just phenomenal! She is so nice, kind, and bright. She always has a smile on and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She listened to every single one of my questions and made 100% sure that I got all of them answered. She worked with me to negotiate a good price as far as my trade-in, monthly payments, etc. She went out of her way to talk to her manager, Dante, who is also awesome! They were genuinely good people. I was very impressed because you know how it usually is with dealerships... Cynthia followed up with me even after the purchase and even helped me on her days off! (Sorry, didn't know you were off!) I could not thank Cynthia and her team enough. The car ended up having minor dings here and there since it was used for test drives and stuff before I bought it but she promised to cover and pay for them and have it buffed up. Keep up the great work guys! Thank you for the amazing experience!!!
