Great Experience with Joseph Kelley

Had a great experience Today at Bob Moore Kia! Joseph Kelley helped me with my Kia Soul purchase. I can’t say enough good things about how helpful he was. He helped me to get the right car without any high pressure sales or upselling. He also was extremely knowledgeable about the car and explained everything about the car in detail. I’ll definitely recommend him to my friends and family. He really does care about his customers even after the sale. I was definitely dreading getting a new car because of past experience, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience today with Joseph! The whole team was great including the new car manager Don Hill and the Customer service manager Kristin. Thanks guys for a great car buying experience!!

Great Customer Service!

We went to Bob Moore Kia NW to look at the Kia Fortes. Right after we pulled into the parking lot and parked, we were greeted by sales rep Cynthia. We immediately took to her because she had such a great personality. She was really friendly and happy to be around. She listened to what we wanted and did everything she could to help us. She was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered all of our questions. When we decided to buy the vehicle, we went in the building. It was nice, clean and very cool (considering it was extremely hot out side). Everyone was extremely nice and friendly inside as well. We were offered drinks while we waited and Cynthia was constantly checking up on us while we waited to see Robert the finance manager. Robert was a help to us too. He looked up different rates for us so we could decide if we wanted to finance or just pay off the vehicle. He also explained the warranty, the extra protective plan and what to do when we bring the car for service. He was full of information, answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. During our time with him, we even joked (teased with one another about our football teams and showed one another pictures from our phones. After we left his office we went to Cynthia's desk so she could get our signatures to link the key fobs to the online app. Her area was fantastic. It was filled with bright pink everywhere. Which only fits her personality because she has such a bright personality. Her space just makes you feel happy to be sitting there. After signing, we went outside to the car. It had been washed, the dealership sticker decal on the back had been taken off (per my request), and it was running with the air-conditioner on for us. She took my daughter to the car to link the fobs and show her how to do the app (the car was purchased for my daughter). After that we left. A few days later, Cynthia followed up with a email and text to see how things are going, if we had any other questions and make sure we were all doing okay with the car still. Our experience at Bob Moore was fantastic. I would highly recommend going to Bob Moore and request sales rep Cynthia to help purchase a vehicle on any day.

Cynthia is AMAZING!

My experience here was just amazing! Cynthia helped me purchase my 2023 Kia Sorento PHEV and she was just phenomenal! She is so nice, kind, and bright. She always has a smile on and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She listened to every single one of my questions and made 100% sure that I got all of them answered. She worked with me to negotiate a good price as far as my trade-in, monthly payments, etc. She went out of her way to talk to her manager, Dante, who is also awesome! They were genuinely good people. I was very impressed because you know how it usually is with dealerships... Cynthia followed up with me even after the purchase and even helped me on her days off! (Sorry, didn't know you were off!) I could not thank Cynthia and her team enough. The car ended up having minor dings here and there since it was used for test drives and stuff before I bought it but she promised to cover and pay for them and have it buffed up. Keep up the great work guys! Thank you for the amazing experience!!!

We were looking to get a new car for my wife, Bob Moore

We were looking to get a new car for my wife, Bob Moore Kia had one she liked, we called and talked to Devon French, he was awesome throughout the complete process. From the initial phone call to having the cats ready for us to look at when we arrived. He worked to get the deal together and walked us over to finance. There we were helped by Robert Ali and Kendrick Neal. They both went above and beyond in getting us the financing that we needed. We are very pleased with the complete buying experience. Would recommend the complete team that helped us at Bob Moore.

Disappointed

Horrible. I was diagnosed something totally different then the actual problem and was charged even though what was really wrong with my car was under warranty...that's why I always get a second opinion!!!!

This here is my first ever review.

This here is my first ever review. I was what I would call a Kia enthusiast(never own a different brand) and currently the proud( not so proud anymore) owner of a 2015 Kia Soul that I loved very much until few months ago when I started experiencing engine problems. I had my car towed to Bob Moore Kia northwest and after a stressful 2 months and 4 days (during which I had to pay for a rental and still trying to be reimbursed by Kia), I was able to get my car back on June 27th 2023 at around 5:47pm with a remanufactured engine. I didn't really drive on the 28th and on the 29th I drove to pick up my groceries from Walmart. On my way there my car started acting out, stopped in the middle of the road and was filled of smoke, I struggled to open the doors and was helped out by passersby. I had my car towed back to the same dealership was told some pipes were not tight enough , came loose because of the pressure spreading coolant all over everything and the lady that was at the counter ensured me it is fixed and I was not provided any receipt or documentation for it. Fast forward to Saturday 8th July, while driving to work I started to smell like burned plastic, the engine check light came on, the car was shaking and the time for me to take the exist there was smoke everywhere. I called Bob Moore Kia and was told service was closed and will be open Monday so I had to miss the full shift and figure out what to do. Today Monday, I was able to get to the dealership(missing work) and after about 2h of wait I am told there is a hole on my radiator neck or something like that (estimated repair to cost about $400)that I responsible for, my car shakes, I can turn my car off, take the key out and the engine will still be on. My car stayed more that 2month at the dealership with no hole, no hole was found when I brought the car back because of loose pipe caused by pressure, but it my fault, I am told the color of coolant in my car is not used by Kia but my car was not at another dealership or garage and I don't know how or where to put coolant. This is for sure my last Kia. Thank you Kia , I will now be stressed driving my car until I can get rid of it.

I could not have asked for better customer service! Joseph Kelly is an amazing salesman, no pressure sales and totally honest. This was my first time buying a brand new car and everyone from Joseph Kelly to Robert Ali made this experience FUN! Which I never thought car buying would be. Thank you so much!
