First time bringing my new grand Cherokee in for service. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. I had my oil change and tires rotated. The waiting room is very comfortable and even had a small café in there.

From my first call with Lacey, to the sale with Joe, there was also the complement on my dreads from Arraon as he walked by with a big smile and the finale financial stuff with Blake… this whole team was amazing from the start to end! Every single person I spoke to was smiling with a warm welcome and care. I’ve never been so comfortable in such a usually stressful big life decision. My car was totaled and I was looking to get back in to the exact jeep. Easier said than done apparently. However with some good vibes, a helpful team and Joe’s willingness to drive two hours both ways to pick it up and bring it to their dealership for me… I’m back in my dream car!! This dealership truly felt like a family more then every man for them self trying to get the next be sale. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 will recommend to others!
