It’s like walking into a funeral home. The atmosphere is gloomy and everyone looks like they’re having a pissy day. Took my Porsche in for service and had 4 employees walk past me like I was painted on the wall. Finally got someone to help me and he had the personality of a rock. I bought my car at Porsche South Austin and will definitely begin taking it there from now on. They are people friendly, make you feel welcomed and appreciate you driving their product. No more Porsche SA for me, I’ve had better service at Chevrolet and Ford dealerships. 05-2024 **** Fast forward 10 months to present day**** I figured I’d give it another try and called to schedule maintenance on my Porsche. The service advisor that answered my call made it a point to confront me in a very sarcastic way on my previous review 10 months prior. I don’t know if he was expecting an apology or an explanation but he got neither. Either way it was very unprofessional and low class to say the least. I don’t know who’s running that dealership but they need to put their employees in check. So, back to Porsche South Austin where I should’ve just scheduled to begin with.

They definitely seem to prefer white clients over anyone
They definitely seem to prefer white clients over anyone else. There were 4-5 people who saw me walk in for my service appointment but didn’t even acknowledge my presence. The receptionist was impolite & looked annoyed that I was speaking to her, while another employee was down right condescending. Thankfully the service rep was decent and got me taken care of. I am looking to trade-in for a newer model but I refuse to be treated like a second class citizen. So if you’re white, you’ll likely be fine. Though you probably ought to read all the other reviews on this place. If you are among the nearly 75% of the people of color who reside in San Antonio, be prepared for racism & poor treatment.

Horrible - the worst experience buying a car.
Horrible - the worst experience buying a car. Not my first time buying a car out of state. you would think when purchasing a vehicle that costs this much, extra care would come with it automatically. I have purchased ford, ram, chevy mercedes vans and were treated 100% better than this place. The general manager and sales manager were too busy or beneath them to actually respond to an email about issues with the sale. Yes sale not a lease so they could of just fixed it. This has nothing to do with the salesperson who was fantastic. or should i say when i got to a salesperson that actually wanted to sell a car. 1st call the sales person told me the car was sold and is being picked up tomorrow, 2nd sales person responded to my email but as soon as i said i am out of state, that was the last i heard from them believe me if it wasnt for the color combo that i wanted and couldnt find somewhere else i would of been gone. Finance could not to this day 2 months later provide me a bill of sales...fishy right ? the dealer left out documents so that i couldnt register the vehicle. should i continue how about that i could not get mats for the car that was supposed to be in the car bill of sale was also supposed to be in car with other paperwork....guess what...it wasnt. how about they didnt even give me a key chain or anything. Bet if i went to the dealership i wouldnt get a glass of water. again the one salesman i dealt with should be running the showroom as he seems to be the only one that knows about Customer Service

Worst dealership in terms of service… when go for buying
Worst dealership in terms of service… when go for buying the car there, they say it’s premier car, dealership and will get premier service, all xxxxxxxx. Bought extended warranty from them 2 times nothing was diagnosed as soon as come out of warranty whole list of work needed handed us. These problems were there before too in warranty and according to them no need to fix etc. worst experience …… with this dealership not worth it buying Porche premier car with 3rd class service period….

Worst experience ever - was judged right when I walked in
Worst experience ever - was judged right when I walked in as if I could not afford a Porsche. Then, I wasn't even allowed to test drive any of the vehicles. Turned around, went and bought a top of the line BMW M Series that day. Within a year, I purchased a 2022 911 Carrera and a 2022 Macan S, both purchased in other Porsche dealerships because the staff was attentive and allowed us to test drive. Shame on the judgmental sales staff and supervisors at the Porsche San Antonio.

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a "CPO" 2014 CarreraS from this dealer. Car was delivered to me in POOR shape and certainly not in CPO condition. Car was delivered with check engine light. This was noted on the delivery bill of sale from the transport company I hired. I had the car fixed at a dealer in PA (where I live.) The car needed over $6,000 in repairs to get the car in CPO shape which was a fight from the Porsche of San Antonio to cover these cost. The car was sold to me as a CPO which they do NOT argue, however PORSCHE system does not reflect that. The car is now back in for repairs that would be covered under Porsche CPO but now Porsche of San Antonio refuse to cover the cost. The GSM, Doug has no follow up and poor customer service. DO NOT do business with this dealership.

Had my car towed there because it wouldn’t start. They kept it for 30 days and I had to fight for feedback. Charged me over $2k. Finally, drove it home and the next day it would not start again!
