Oh Chevist!!! Despite his age, he provided top notch service to me and my family. I will never forget how calm and patient he was from the day we went in for a tour up until purchase date! Also very detailed in explaining everything I needed to know. With him, you’d have the very best experience. Thank You Chevist! I love my 2026 GLC300 and can’t wait to have to have a full experience of it. All the staff were also very supportive and nice!!! Would highly recommend this branch of MB!

I had an excellent experience working with Cliff Frazier at Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring! Based on previous experiences at other dealerships, I came in expecting a stressful process, but instead, the experience was transparent, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Cliff was incredibly friendly, highly knowledgeable about the vehicles, and—most importantly—patient and supportive as I worked through my final decision. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had, and I would absolutely recommend Cliff and the team to anyone looking for a professional and positive car-buying experience.
